Super clean and spacious unit; amazing location!
I stayed in this unit for the month of October and couldn't have enjoyed my stay more. Jon was friendly and helpful the day of check-in and beyond. I am very particular about cleanliness and this unit was turned over to me in pristine condition. I enjoyed how spacious it is with tons of closet and kitchen space, and the open floor plan made it an enjoyable place to work from home.
My only recommendation is to upgrade the internet or bring a hot spot if you plan to stay for an extended period of time and will be working from home. The internet is provided by the HOA and was extremely slow and often unreliable during the day, presumably because so many other people were also working from home. Sharing the network with the entire building proved to have some other downsides as well - strangers on the same network frequently dropped into the Apple HomePod and said random things like, "Mom, are you home?" or started playing their music on the speaker in my unit which was a bit startling a couple times.
Other than the internet (which really wasn't thaat bad), this unit and the building overall are awesome! It is very quiet and secure. I always felt safe while in the unit and while enjoying property amenities like the pool and gym. I enjoyed chatting with the friendly front desk staff and neighbors I'd run into in the elevator.
The location is superb - walking distance to the best of Old Town, Fashion Square, and all the amazing restaurants and nightlife nearby. Plus, it's centrally located to many other Phoenix suburbs and major freeways.
