Dieses Strandhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in perfekter Lage hinter dem Marktplatz von Seaside in Seaside und bietet Platz für 8 Personen auf einer Etage. Das Beachside Kiss verfügt über eine große Veranda mit Schaukelstühlen und einer Schaukel, auf der Sie wunderbar Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen oder einfach nur das Treiben in der Küstenstadt beobachten können. Im Inneren erwarten Sie ein großer offener Wohnbereich, ein HD-Flachbildfernseher, ein übergroßer quadratischer Esstisch (8 Plätze) und eine Gourmetküche mit Edelstahlgeräten und Töpfen und Pfannen von Emeril Lagasse für den Küchenchef der Familie!

Direkt neben dem Esszimmer befindet sich ein Florida-Zimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa (für 2 Personen) und Sitzbereichen mit Vorhängen, die Ihnen ein wenig Privatsphäre vom Hauptwohnbereich bieten.

Die 3 Schlafzimmer liegen abseits des Hauptwohnraums. Die Kingsize-Master-Suite bietet einen Flachbild-TV, ein eigenes Master-Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche und ein Marmorwaschbecken. Auf der anderen Seite finden Sie das Gästezimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Flachbildfernseher sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (für 2 Personen) mit Flachbildschirm im Schrank. Die beiden Gästezimmer teilen sich das 2. Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche und zwei Waschbecken mit Granitoberflächen.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice but outdated. The one bathroom toilet was so low that it was hard to use almost like a kiddie toilet. The chandelier in that bedroom should be replaced with a ceiling fan.The kitchen has very little counter space. Due to the pollen we couldn't use the porch furniture because the house did not have a blower to blow off the pollen. And the house always seemed dark I think the lighting can be improved.

The earlier checkout at 10:00, forces you to spend half the previous day packing up, cutting into the quality time of your stay.

Most of our cottages have back to back arrivals, leaving a six hour window to address maintenance, housekeeping and property management inspections. Well furnished, there is some water damage in the master bathroom caused by the washing machine we thought that will require major handyman work. The cottage could use ceiling fans, the master and guest bedroom have one AC vent each. A fan on the front porch would be great as well. Overall our vacation was a success. The manager of Homeowners Collection is very responsive.

All of the floors were dusty, and there were small pieces of candy ( nerds ) and small rocks all over the carpet. this was problematic as we had a one-yr-old with us. We love this house and hope to see the cleanliness improve!

Location is great. House is just okay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are frequent visitors to Seaside, and always try and use Homeowners Collection. This property did not measure up to the properties we’ve stayed at on the past. The location was great, which is the main reason we selected it. Walking distance to the square, shops, and beach. The house seemed outdated in many areas. There was mold in the dishwasher and the dryer contained rust spots inside the drum. We couldn’t get the ice maker to produce ice, although we never called maintenance because of the inconvenience. We just bought ice. The bedrooms did not have any ceiling fans to assist the inadequate airflow throughout the house in July. There were two box fans that we had to use to keep bedrooms cool at night with the thermostat all the way down. Recommend an electrician take a look at the switches. A lot of the didn’t seem to work and one outlet didn’t work in the master bath. Overall the size of the property was great and the location was perfect for our family. It just seemed to us there hasn’t been any updates to the home in some time.

Great House and Location is Excellent!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Notes for Homeowner of Beachside Kiss to pass on. We had a lovely time here. We loved the house and location. A few things to attend to for the owner might be: The dryer lint catcher is rusted, 'might want to have owners get it looked at. Had to dry towels twice to get fully dry. The bath mats and kitchen mats need washed (in standard sized washing machine) or better yet, replaced. Things needed for kitchen: cheese grater, garlic press, 4 more wine glasses .. stemless would be nice, pie pan, covered butter dish. We couldn't figure out how to get a dvd to play.. instructions about how to get Source onto DVD player would be nice. Ice maker didn't provide much ice for the week... Mattresses for King bed might need replaced. We used one of the the black trash containers on the cottage side of house. Wasn't sure if we shared those with the neighbor? Overall.. we enjoyed our stay and loved the accommodations. The suggestions I made would have made it "next level". The location was fantastic.The rockers on porch were great. Seaside is our favorite. ' Been coming here for 16 years.

Perfect Seaside cottage!
