Beach Vacation

Nice property. Beach chairs and umbrellas are 70 per day, if you want front row it is 80 per day. If there are more than 4 in your group you must rent additional spaces. If you have your own stuff you have to setup behind the rentals. The public beach, Henderson beach is within walking distance. There are some usable chairs in the closet. The refrigerator quit working but it was replaced quickly. They are very easy to work with.

Perfect location

This property was excellent and we will be returning again! It is close to the beach, pools, shops, restaurants and only 5 minutes to sign up for fishing tours, parasailing and other excursions. It was clean, comfortable, had a great view. It had all the amenities needed for cooking, sleeping and lounging. The heated pool is not the one in the picture, but sits behind the main pool, closer to the private beach area. It is smaller but still nice. The Back Porch restaurant is right across the street with great food! Looking forward to next year!

Nice condo

This is a nice and spacious three bedroom corner unit on the 4th floor with nice views. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Check in process was smooth. Very easy walk to the heated pool and beach. Stocked with beach toys. Bring your own beach towels. I agree with others that some of the couch cushions and pillows had stains, but other than that this was a great spot. I would give 4.5 stars.

Always ask about the details

My rental was clean, had good A/C, a nice view, and plenty of space. We were able to get inside 1 hour early which was fantastic. My only complaint well two or three: kitchen had zero spices I mean not even salt or pepper. This was an issue because I brought or bought things needed to cook but I didnt think I needed to bring/buy my whole dang kitchen. In my opinion S&P should be normal included staple like sugar which was also absent. The pots had rickety handles and were clearly the selection headed for the trash or goodwill. And I had ONE potholder. Overall, still a low end 5.

This property is gorgeous, the views are great. The condo was in great shape. There were a few things that needed a little work like the door on one of the bed rooms has to be lifted up to be shut because it’s not straight and one of the doors appeared to have a leak. These are all minor things and did nothing affect us or our stay. We loved the balcony and used it so much. I like that one of the suites had a mini fridge, sink, and microwave in it. It was helpful for having young children. We loved that the beach was literally just across the street and that we could walk to eat. The location was very close to a lot of activities. I liked that the pool had a big shallow area so that my young children could play easily. There are grills in the pool area. If I could add one critique, it would be to get rid of the rug in the living room area, it was painful for my tender feet. We have already talked and definitely will be back! Thanks for a great trip!

Nice place, issues checking in

We arrived early and knew we could not get in until 4. I reached out through the app and was informed that the checkin codes would be emailed to me. 4:30 still nothing, called the phone number provided which supposed to be open until 5 and they said the office was closed. Sent about 5 messages through the app with no response until we called and pushed the button for maintenance and had emailed stating how upset we were. Finally got sent the information. Go to the room and it was still dirty and had not been cleaned. At this point was very upset. Called again and spoke to someone who said there had been a mix up. They told us they would get the room cleaned right away and they would cover dinner. They had the room cleaned while we were at dinner and they did cover our whole dinner cost. Everything was great from there on out. Biggest issue was checking in and lack of availability in trying to get ahold of someone to communicate with around checkin. The place is great with great views. Nice pool and easy beach access. The kids had a great time. Great space for the kids to play in the condo. Only complaint was one bed was pretty squeaky and would make noise every time you moved a little.

Just Perfect!

We found this place last minute and we are So glad an unforeseen change in our plans led us to this amazing Condo. This is a Very spacious Condo and you will have plenty of room to spread out as we did, we had 5 adults and 2 children and we were never lacking space, and the Huge Baclony was amazing as well with awesome ocean views and plenty of seating. Another awesome surprise was the amount of extras they have stored. We personally found 2 pack and plays, 6 beach chairs, beach toys, and 2 beach wagons we were able to take all our goodies to the beach which was So handy with our party. Unit has 3 Bedrooms with a full bathroom in each, and 3 King beds!! That’s a hard find for a decent price believe me Plenty of entertainment within a short drive or mild walk. There is one restaurant/bar that is a very short walk to and on the beach, 2 pools, 1 is at beach entrance too! We were a little worried about the children crossing the small street to get to the beach but don’t worry, it’s not a real busy street. There will be cars but they are going slow because most are looking for a parking spot so wasn’t a real issue, hold their hand and keep them close by and you should be just fine Property Manager and Owner were beyond accommodating. They went above and beyond and also very responsive to all question and in a very timely manner We will be back, Thank You

Fantastic Vacay Stay

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect to all the attractions, shopping, restaurants and beach. The condo is so lovely; comfortable beds, great living room space and all kinds of extras. The condo has beach toys, chairs and wagons which was awesome for a day at the beach. Just a few things if you are wanting feedback: I know check in is at 4:00 but we did not get an email until after 4:00 and I had to call. I realize help is in short supply but perhaps sending the email the morning of checkin would alleviate anxiety for first timers. The cookware needs a little updating (Few new skillets) and another set of forks. Overall, this place can’t be beat. I am already looking at the calendar for next summer. Thank you.

Family Beach Getaway

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We had four adults and one toddler. The balcony was large with two sitting areas and a great breeze. The door was pretty heavy, which we didn't mind since we had a toddler with us. The condo is in a flight line for the airport but we didn't mind. It was cool to see all the planes fly over and the helicopters alond the shoreline. Everything was explained very well and it was easy getting to the pool and a short walk to the beach. What I do love about the Destin beach is that cars cannot be drive on it. The beaches were pristine and water crystal clear. We discovered that the hallway closet had beach toys, chairs and a wagon! The condo was very convenient to one of the elevators and trash chute. The pool was fantastic with lots of other families so the kids could play. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolute Wonderful Destin Getaway

The property was beautiful, and the condo was just as described allowing a family of 10 to have their own space, yet come together in the spacious dining/living/kitchen area that overlooked the Gulf! Area was so clean and allowed us everything we needed to eat in if we did not want to eat out! The beach was beautiful as well as the pool. My grandson’s loved the work out area to keep up their daily routine. This vacation did not disappoint and our VRBO condo was perfect. I did not have many questions, but if I did, the host responded in a timely matter. Cannot wait to return!!!

Overall, this property and its location we're amazing! The condo itself was extremely large for four adult and two children. The views were amazing and so close to the beach, along with restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend staying here!!
