Location was great. It is close to many restaurants and cafes. Check in was a bit confusing as instructions seemed to to suggest that there was a code, but there wasnt. We were only given one extra trash bag for the room for 4 days, and we were instructed to buy more. Kitchen was very small but had had enough equipments. If you have a stroller, you have to carry it up the stairs at the entrance of the building or go all the way round behind the building with the cars to use their accessible route.

Super cute space with everything we needed for a weekend. The trundle beds were perfect for our 2 kids. The building amenities are great - we used the gym, pool and parking. Location absolutely rocks with all restaurants, shops, and just a couple miles to UM. Kitchen has enough dishes to do some cooking, though we did not use much. We will definitely consider staying here again while our son is in college.

We love MiamiAfter having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used Airbnb abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia, whilst being a new member of our team, is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance to county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
It’ll be an honor to have you stay with us at Miami Apartment Rentals!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Great LocaMiami’s weather is pleasant all year round, which allows people like us to enjoy the city’s incredible range of activities. From outdoor sports, to a vibrant art and design community, to performing arts and events of all kinds, Miami has never been more busy and sophisticated. Coconut Grove has a very special flavor, with lower buildings and a trendy atmosphere and within it, this is a unique building facing the ocean, the marina, the islands and next to Peacock Park. tion

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Awesome PlaceHotel amenities, assigned free covered parking. Unique place, the house of many famous refined souls with privacy in the middle of everything you may desire. “The Grove” is a trendy, artistic neighborhood on the coast of Biscayne Bay adjacent to Coral Gables located at minutes from downtown Miami’s Business District, the Port of Miami, South Beach, Coral Gables, the University of Miami and the beaches of Key Biscayne.
