Thank you for sharing your stay experience. It helps to improve our service levels. We are glad that Rocky Pint Condo and the house amenities met your expectations. We do apologize regarding the cleanliness of the home. Regarding the cheerios in the sink, our housekeeping team cleans the kitchen and cleans dishes in the dishwasher. Unfortunately, they may have forgotten to return to the home before your arrival to ensure any risisual debris was removed for the dishwashing process. We also apologize regarding the cobb webs at the home. we have met with our Housekeeping team regarding quality assurance in the homes. For every vacation home with HOA Amenities, the fees and access information are listed in the web page property description. They are also listed in the "Know Before Go" pre-arrival documents that we forward to guests 6 days before their arrival. We always do our best to advise guests of any HOA/activity fees associated with their vacation home. Again, thank you for your candid feedback and we hope you will visit Lake Tahoe again, soon.

Thank you for your kind review and feedback. We provide enough bath towels and wash cloths to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the home. If more are requested, we do recommend bringing some with you for your stay.
