Diese außergewöhnliche, 1.577er. ft. Wohnung fühlt sich an wie ein Haus, ist aber auf der achten Etage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Küste! Vermittelt mit luxuriösen, vom Strand inspirierten Möbeln und Kunstwerken, die Sie dazu einladen, sich zurückzulehnen und mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer zu entspannen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten während Ihrer Abwesenheit benötigen. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch für acht Personen und der Barbereich in der Nähe bietet Platz für vier Personen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Schlafsofa und einen Loungesitz. There was a lot of noise in the unit and footsteps could be heard from the unit above us. Traffic from the road could be heard until late into the night; engines revving, loud music, and powerful bass.We ended up buying a noise machine because we couldn't stay asleep through it.

Great location and views

I've stayed at Sunrise Beach condos in the past, but this is the first time in this condo with its amazing corner views. There were two couples and it was really nice having two ensuite master bedrooms.

Great family vacation

We had an awesome stay! We had no complaints. Throughly enjoyed a corner unit. We only went out to eat twice during our stay and found the kitchen to be stocked well with pots, pans and even two crockpots!

Everyone had at least a full size bed: corner unit was great with wrap around balcony: elevators were a pain on check in day but reasonable the rest of the stay

The condo was wonderful for our family vacation. Great layout and very spacious. The corner, wrap-around balcony freat for gulf-watching and amazing sunsets. Unit itself was furnished very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Appliances were newer and easy to use. We only had to call the management company twice for minor issues, One, a broken light switch and a slow drain in one bath, and 2nd for these teeny ants in one bedroom. Both calls were made after normal hours but they responded within minutes and someone was out the next morning to address. Very impressed. Building was in a perfect location within Panama City Beach area. Quick drive to pier park, or the other way to PB Miller pier. There were only 4 elevators for the 25-floor building, but wait times for an elevator were minimal. Pools were nice and clean. Pretty easy to get chairs. One drawback was families not observing rules and let their small children into hot tubs. Very difficult to use hot tubs as groups/families would sit in them for hours. This unit included 2 loungers and umbrella for the beach. This wasn't like one of my prior rentals where you had to be up at the crack of dawn to grab your chairs, you just went down, and the boys already had them set out. You gave them your unit number and then walked to any setup to claim for the day. If they were all taken up, which we never experienced, they'd put out more. Great rental, and best vacation yet!

Beautiful views and nice place for family!

We had a great stay, the condo is very nice and has pretty much everything you need. We had an issue with a clogged drain and they were prompt to get it fixed which was greatly appreciated. The only downside is the lack of blankets.. definately not enough blankets on the beds and there were ZERO extra blankets in closets or anywhere to be found. Great property, clean, beautiful ocean views, pools are nice, loved the corner wrap around patio...short walk to beach and close to everything you need in PCB. Thanks!!!!

Carpets were disgusting. Cable box did not work the entire stay. Maintenance guy came and took box and never returned with a new one. Reached out several times. Also said he would replace batteries in bedroom clicker and never did so we couldn’t use that tv as well. Requested adjustment to our rental to no avail. Very frustrating. We also had to wash all utensils and dinnerware. We did not think anything in the kitchen was very clean. Disappointed…. For the cost we expected better .

Beautiful Condo w perfect View

The home is decorated beautifully and very homey. There is a lot of space and storage. The condo is perfect and in a great location. The wrap around balcony views the major piers and during season fireworks are shot off from. All the security guards were very friendly. We did not receive a link for parking registration but the garage is not full in the winter. The garage is VERY Tight for parking with low ceilings. The home was described great but the actual property was misleading. There is NOT an Arcade/Game room anymore and the Theatre room is ONLY for Home Owners - renters can not use the facilities. That is fine, just don't advertise these things as part of the rental. We did have to go buy larger pots to cook with. For a home that sleeps 10 the pots and pans were the size to feed 4. Buying one large pot is absolutely not a huge deal. We would definitely stay in this condo again and I will recommend it to friends!! I was very happy with our stay!!

Overall good vacation

Overall, we had a great vacation. But there were several things I believe could be worked on to make the next person stay smoother and more enjoyable. The communication regarding parking passes was zero between the property manager and my self. I ended up having to go to the HOA to purchases parking passes two days after being there. Little frustrating. Also, the middle bed room does not have a remote to the TV. Last and my largest complaint is the security guards and their rules for around the pool. Your beverages have to be at least 4 foot from the pool. If they were not exactly 4 foot they would come and give you a warning. After 3 warnings you were kicked out of the pool deck. This is very frustrating! I felt like my whole vacation I was being “watched”. They even told us they have cameras on the pool area. I actually seen a condo owner get kicked off the pool deck while I was their. And also a gentleman and his wife that were waiting to get checked in, threaten to get kicked out. All over drinks around the pool. I have honestly never been anywhere that you could not have a drink next to or even in the pool . This will be my last stay at the complex. This has nothing to do with the owner, but I do hope all the owners can get something done with this rule. It is running a lot of their paying customers off.

Nice view.

They need to renew some sofas because they are very used and smell bad and renovation of the TV that are very old.

Great view!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was clean and the view was amazing. My only complaint is that none of the beds had comforters as seen in the pics? Each bed had a sheet and a thin blanket but overall it was a fun trip !

Another great PCB vacation!

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Very nice and clean. The check in process was simple…they just email you everything upon arrival and you can go straight to room. Location is great since you can still walk to several places. Would highly recommend!

Great stay

Place was really nice. Didn’t like that we couldn’t find the smoking area and couldn’t smoke on the balcony especially vape but I understand that is the policy. Maintenance was quick to fix the plumbing issues we had.
