We have had multiple guest in the unit the past 2 weeks before your arrival (including the owners family) with no complaints. We sent our housekeeping inspector to check the unit. He checked the sheets, headboards, mattress cording, mattress pads etc and could find absolutely no sign of bed bugs. Further more you checked in on the 2nd and did not report anything to us until the 6th. When we asked for the evidence you found, there were no bugs only grainy pictures of bloodstains on the sheets. The pictures you showed us of the spots on the mattress appeared to be blood stains as if one of your guest had bled throughout the night. No one mentioned, nor did we see any bug bites, on anyone. We inspected the unit before your arrival and none of the sheets had bloodstains and we did not receive a call from you on the 1st night stating there were pre-existing stains, we can only assume that this happened after check in and was not a result of bed bugs.

We apologize that you did not have a good experience. We do provide an after hours number that guest may call us on to let us know of any issues during their stay so that we may get it fix as soon as possible. Our office is closed from 2pm on Saturday until 9am on Monday so any messages left on our machine will not be received until Monday morning so guest are encouraged to reach us on the after hours number.

"Hi Chris, We apologize if you had issues. The hot water heater is a brand new (August 2021) standard 50-gallon tank that accommodates most families unless all six people try to take extra-long showers one after the other. The guest bedroom has the exact same new (June 2021) expensive mattress as the master bedroom and each mattress has an extra foam topper. Regarding the UPS deliveries, that is a property manager rule because many deliveries arrive after guests leave and sometimes the deliveries can be left on the front porch in the weather for an extended period of time without anyone knowing."
