Our host was very thorough with communication and answering all questions in a very timely manner. The place is immaculate and very well maintained and decorated. Fantastic house and location in NOTL

This house is exactly as pictured in the VRBO listing. Two private en-suite bedrooms are perfect for 2 couples. Easy walking to everything NOTL has to offer as well as an easy walk to see the river. The kitchen is well stocked for a few days as are the bathrooms which is very appreciated as some VRBO’s are not! Thanks Erica for providing this excellent property.

Just Perfect

We had previously visited Niagara-on-the-Lake and wanted to spend more time there and stay close to Queen Street. My wife and I, along with a couple who are close friends, stayed at the house. The experience was even better than we'd hoped. Location is ideal, condition of the property was perfect, all amenities were exactly as promised. We loved the patio area and the generous seating for the 4 of us in the living room. We are all around 60 and the two bedrooms, each having their own bath, was ideal. Beds were super-comfortable. There as not a single disappointmentall week and I cannot recommend this property enough for a getaway to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Just perfect!

Beautiful and Bright Open Space

The property was exactly as pictured. The windows and skylights give that boost of sunshine throughout the house. This is an ideal vacation rental for family gatherings and sharing meals together. Also, the location is within short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was just right for four people. We have some mobility limitations and the all on one level accommodations were perfect. There are two steps to get inside from the back door, one of them about 8 inches and the other around 10 inches.

Perfect getaway!

Loved our stay at this beautiful home in NOTL, everything about the home was as advertised or better! Erica was great and very helpful with suggestions on dinners and other local attractions. 2 minute Walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Golf course and Lake Ontario down the block. Could not ask for a better location. Highly recommend!

Positive overall experience: A summertime lovely respite for for four 55+ female friends reuniting for a 4-night fun stay while watching the quaint horse drawn carriages pass by! We all agreed to a future possible return. Value: The price split 4-ways made this a sound alternative to a hotel or B&B rental. Location: Perfectly positioned in the Prideaux Street historic district and one block from the Golf Club on the lake with only one side neighbor and one off-street driveway vehicle accommodation. Amenities: ~Wi-Fi connection: When all four of us were online, the 2.4 GHz seemed over-loaded. Although the router displayed a high-speed 5 GHz as an option, it was not accessible with the provided password. ~Television: Bedroom TVs were not used. Main TV is Phillips with Roku which made casting a bit of a hurdle but eventually something connected and we were successful — YAY. ~Outdoors: Patio seating and umbrella dining table were appreciated alternatives. ~Kitchen: We did not cook or make coffee and used only the refrigerator, freezer, and electric tea kettle. The dishwasher was run on departure. The dishwashing liquid, food storage bags and trash bags were handy. ~Toiletries: Sufficient cleaning and paper-goods were at hand for the short stay. Shower mini-soaps and sink hand soap dispensers were appreciated. Check-in: ~Keyless entry easily accommodated four people to access as needed on-demand. ~ Motion detector spot light for night-time safety was welcome since only hidden back-door access is available. Cleanliness/Comfort: ~ Beds and bedding are comfortable. ~ Showers are hot. ~ Bathroom lighting is wonderful. ~ Whole house cooling provided perfect conditions. ~ Open, light, bright, and airy, yet privacy is assured. ~ Spacious for four people. ~ Lots of themed cat pillows, light switches, and cookbooks! ~ Owner-recommended dining options were helpful. Host interactions/Communications: Super-host Erica Lepp messaged and responded in a polite and helpful manner and welcomed off-line feedback for remedial improvements. Listing Info Accuracy: ~ Photos appear true-to-actual. ~ One-level living with stairs down to the laundry.

Wonderful experience

This was a an excellent property in a great area of the historic town. Lovely windows for watching the neighborhood and calliches go by. Completely modernized with tasteful decor and dream kitchen. Each bedroom had its own ensuite plus a powder room. Fantastic closets and great sized bedrooms. Great outdoor area as well. You could walk to the golf course , lake or queen street and great wineries close drive. A10
