Thank you so much for your kind words about the home and location—I’m really glad you enjoyed your stay, overall. I’m sorry to hear that a couple aspects didn’t meet expectations. I try to be as clear as possible in the listing that the rec room is a bonus space with a pullout bed rather than a traditional bedroom/bed, and include photos to help guests understand the layout ahead of time. That said, we do aim to make it as comfortable as possible and include a 3-inch gel foam mattress topper on the pullout to enhance the sleeping experience. I also sincerely apologize for the issue with the hot tub. It was working prior to your arrival, but unfortunately we weren’t made aware of the problem during your stay. If we had known, we would have done everything we could to address the issue as quickly as possible. I always encourage guests to reach out right away with any concerns so we can address them promptly. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure every guest has the best possible experience. I hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.

Thank you Betty! I am so glad you all enjoyed your stay. We hope you will come back again in the future.
