Cozy family home in sought after Riverwood Subdivision. Close to Champions Retreat Golf Club where the Women's Ametur is held each spring.
This house offers ample space with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Large kitchen island for entertaining. Family friendly with lots of board games, cards, PS5, and nitendo switch.
There are 5 bedrooms, 2 are king beds and 3 are queen beds. There is one downstairs bedroom that has a king bed and full bathroom in hallway beside the bedroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom with a king size bed and reading chair. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, each with their own temperature control. The 3rd bedroom, located upstairs, has a queen bed with private bathroom. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are located upstairs and have queens beds. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are connected with a jack and jill bathroom with double vanity.
Back patio has a table with gas powered fire pit. Trampoline in the back yard that you can use at your own risk (not responsible for any injuries).

Washer and dryer are located upstairs. I will have laundry detergent supplies for guest use.

Dish washer downstairs will also have cleaning tabs for use.

There will be plenty of kitchen supplies on hand for use (garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper).

The indoor refrigerator will be empty for guest use. The garage refrigerator will be for owner use.
