Asheville weekend

We came into town for a concert and to enjoy some good food. This rental was perfect. Great location to walk everywhere in town we wanted to go.

Good visit

Being used to staying in the hotel below these units, this was a great cost effective choice for more room and convenience. Well equipped and location is truely excellent. All staff from valet to booking staff cleaners we saw on floor were super helpful and friendly. We’ll use arras vaca rentals again without question for one of the condos in the arras building but likely try another unit. The sofa was a sofa bed and for more than a brief sit was less than comfortable. Wife had back issues after a few days. Probably just been sat on too much and cushions very tired. Suggested pillows be replaced with firmer also for same reason. 4 stars only for this.

Sheer Heaven on the 10th Floor!!

Arras Altitude Adjustment was absolutely gorgeous in every way and far exceeded our expectations, and was truly so much nicer in person. Every single detail was perfection in the apartment and entire hotel. From the valet staff making it so easy to park, and then super quick to retrieve the vehicle, to the lovely Bonnie who is in charge of the cleaning of the apartments (and she has incredibly high standards and it shows) , everyone was absolutely amazing!! I hardly ever walk around barefoot in hotel rooms, but as soon as I walked into the apartment I took my shoes off and it felt so good to be able to do that. This was definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed in and I am already planning our next trip. Thank you for making oir trip to celebrate my fiance's birthday so special, we will be back for my birthday in February, if not sooner!!

Amazing

This place was truly incredible! The views were amazing. The condo was beautiful. We absolutely lived our stay here. It was a great location. Loved having all the amenities of the Kimpton but having the space of a condo. The management was so nice and had a true passion for the property. I am looking forward to booking our next stay there already

Great apartment and location

The apartment was lovely with lots of nice finishes. The view was fantastic and the location was perfect. It was nice being able to ditch the car and just wander around. We didn't end up cooking but the kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we would have needed had we actually cooked. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

A perfect location

This unit was perfect in every way! Location couldn’t be better for getting around in Asheville on foot. The only time we checked out our car was the trip to Biltmore. From the valet service to the abundantly furnished condo, there was not a thing we wanted or could even think of that was not provided. Plus many “extras”as well, including games, a fully (!) furnished kitchen and bath, and even a sound machine in the bedroom! A beautiful place that we have noted for a return visit!

Property exactly as advertised—great in-town location. Communication for check-in was easy to follow and the unit was perfect for an extended weekend stay. Well-stocked and nicely appointed, with easy access to great restaurants, art galleries and all that downtown Asheville has to offer.

Aras is top notch. The communication is excellent. The property was beautiful and the extras like cocktail hour, coffee bar, and valet parking were wonderful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Anniversary Getaway

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The unit was so clean, had everything we needed (plus more), and was exactly as advertised. The bed was very comfortable. We loved being able to open the windows to let in the breeze and the sounds of the city. The hotel employees were all so polite and helpful, especially the valet staff. The location was perfect. We walked to most places, and it was a very short drive to Biltmore. This unit is perfect for a couple or family with young children. It is probably not the best set up for 4 adults, as the shower area provides no privacy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Can't recommend enough!

I stayed here for two nights with my wife and 20 month old toddler, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is right downtown and could not be better. So many great restaurants are within walking distance. The condo is beautiful and located within a nice hotel. The valet parking service was perfect and alleviated the headache of having to park elsewhere. Anytime we go back to Asheville, we definitely want to stay here. It was worth the price of admission if you can budget for it!

Enjoyable Stay

This was an excellent choice for our stay during a recent getaway. The property was exactly as pictured and in the perfect location for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. I really appreciate the effort of the host for ensuring we knew what to expect during our stay. Would definitely rebook here in the future.
