We had the gentleman come to fix the dryer today. He said the load you put in there was twice the capacity of what it could hold, the belt was actually burnt and as a result broke the belt. The appliance man said someone hit the refrigerator button for-water and ice so hard that it cracked the button. The people before you had had ice and water. and today for $275. We had the water and ice button fixed. For another $175 we had the dryer belt replaced. Everything was functioning prior to arrival and is functioning now. You had complained about a cinnamon smell, but you said everything was great! You left Most of trash in the house and the linens were torn off and throw in corner. We like to have. Coffee filters, all the seasonings sugar, flour, pastas, and canned goods for all of our guests just in case they run short. That is why we have extra coffee in the cabinets and also Keurig pods for our guests.. No one saw any liquor except for the bottle of wine that I left for you! And I had coffee cups next to the coffee maker.If you would have just told me that something was wrong I would have been happy to accommodate you.

Dear Chris, Our goal is to make sure everyone is happy and safe, ensuring a positive experience while staying at the Mountain Chalet. Local ordinance only allow five cars in the driveway and when additional vehicles exceed that limit you can be subject to towing. We stress the 5 vehicle limit in the pre rental agreement due to this. We messaged you to let you know that you could be ticketed and towed. We know that such a situation can really upset our guests. We had no intention of pestering you about the parking situation. We were informed by the cleaning crew that went into the house after you left that they found a dining room chair broken in two, as well as the front banister was broken. We understand things can happen. We were under the impression that you had an enjoyable time during your stay as we had not heard anything that would suggest otherwise. It is our goal to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable time while visiting our property
