What a welcoming home! The rooms are large and the home is equipped with everything you neeed. Lovely walking paths and close to G-burg but still in the country. We'd stay there again.

Very comfortable home on beautiful grounds

We had a wonderful stay at Michele’s house in Gettysburg. The beds were super comfortable and there were several nice gathering spots in the house and out back for our extended family. It worked very well for my father-in-law with limited mobility since it was all on one floor and had a walk in shower with a grab bar. Highly recommended!

After reading reviews we were expecting just a normal nice house we pulled in we first thought we were in the wrong place because let me tell you these reviews have not done this house justice. Everybody had their own space nobody got upset with each other if you have kids you could probably lose them in this place which could be a good thing or about then I suppose. Michelle was great I can't say enough about how clean and just beautiful this house was. This is our new home away from home

Perfectly met our needs

I was looking for a place that would accommodate my 89 year old mom with limited mobility, and her two sisters, as well as my brother for a brief getaway. The one level house with large windows and beautiful grounds surrounding it was perfect. We didn’t know how much we’d get out, so having beautiful surroundings made up for that! Michele couldn’t have been more accommodating! We will certainly be back!

Great vacation!

The house was wonderful and so beautiful! We had my husbands family here for a college graduation and it was perfect! There was anything you needed in the kitchen, perfect for a large family, and they were so accommodating when we took a red eye and wanted to be able to check in a little early to sleep! Would stay here anything we come back to Gettysburg!!

A Perfect Home for 2025 Commencement

Absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotless, and fully as described in the listing! Amenities were all provided, bedding was comfortable, and furniture was perfectly arranged. We had a gathering for our son and several of his fellow graduates, "brothers", girlfriends, and their families (which we communicated to the owners to make sure they knew). There isn't a better spot in all of Gburg to have done something like this. The gorgeous yard and setting, the giant patio, the double living rooms - graduates, parents, grands, and siblings all gathered and chatted happily. Everyone raved about the home, which ultimately played a huge role in the success of our weekend. We will always remember our stay here!

Jerry's 93rd birthday celebration

We and several family members came to Gettysburg to celebrate my Dad's 93rd birthday. We wanted to host the party, so needed a good-size private facility where we could cook for the guests. Further, several guests were from out-of-town and we wanted to provide their lodging in a way that we could all be together as a family. The VRBO property provided all that we needed - lodging for 8 different people at different times as they came and went, then the facilities to conveniently host a party for 18 people. The indoor and outdoor areas were fantastic in that both areas could handle 18 people so for good weather we could go outside, but if it was lousy, we could be inside just as easily. All in all, it checked all the boxes and then some! Thanks to the owners for making sure the property was in tip-top condition for us to waltz in and have a ball!

Amazing!!!

This is a gorgeous, spacious home within minutes of downtown Gettysburg. It was a great location where we could come back after our day of adventure and not feel like we would be tripping over each other. If I am ever in Gettysburg again, I will definitely consider staying here again.
