Perfect getaway

This beautiful property was everything we wanted and needed. The beds were comfortable, towels were lovely and plentiful, location was fantastic. The pool and recreation area was gorgeous and the kids loved the playground. We would 100% stay here again.

Great location and very clean house

From start to finish this was a great property to stay. From booking the trip and checking in the host was very responsive and communicative. The directions were easy to follow and the home is very secure. The community is very well kept and that was a hige plus for my wife and myself. I know that my next trip will be here if it is available. Thank you again for making this a smooth and effortless trip

The best place

This is so far the best place I rented in Jamaica - it's close to Ocho Rios and kinda in the middle of the country so you could go anywhere you want. The house is just as described and as you see it in the pictures - very nice, convenient, equipped with everything you may need, even for cooking. Communicating with the host was easy and breezy. The gated community is safe and quiet. We definitely will book this house again for our next vacation in Jamaica if it's available.

Misleading

I stayed there with the belief that i was booking and entire house with complete privacy. Me, my wife and baby boy stayed there. I had a few guest from my bridal party stop by to go over Wedding rehearsals late, then they left to stay at our house. The owners have notes and messages all over the house like its a jail. Either rnet the whole hose or not, stop scamming people for more money.

-Host beware of this guest, he's dishonest & a professional scammer. He booked and paid for 2 guests, him and his son. We have Vrbo to prove his partner wasn't supposed to be staying at our property (so based on his review he exposed himself as a liar). -We are superhost on Airbnb so that alone speaks of our integrity. -He had 5 extra guests overnighting at our property without our knowledge. -Usually we wouldn't respond to negative reviews like this, but when it comes to our integrity we take that seriously. -We wish him all the best.

Disappointing Experience with Hidden Charges and Privacy Concerns

My family and I recently stayed at this home for a mini vacation, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The check-in process was straightforward, but things quickly became frustrating. For one, I was required to send over a lot of personal information in advance, which felt unnecessary. On top of that, I received constant messages asking about my whereabouts, which was intrusive.One of the main reasons we booked this property was because of the community pool, but it was out of service during our stay. This was a huge letdown, as it was a key feature of the property that we were looking forward to.The biggest issue came after check-out when I was notified about an additional charge. The host claimed there was an extra child who stayed over, but this was both surprising and confusing, especially since our guests had come and gone without any issue. To make matters worse, I noticed in some of our photos that there were cameras present, which the host had never mentioned. It left me wondering if there were cameras inside the house as well. The lack of transparency about surveillance raised serious concerns about the privacy of my family during our stay.Overall, while the home itself was fine, the constant communication, hidden charges, and privacy issues overshadowed what should have been a relaxing family vacation. I would not recommend this place unless you're okay with unexpected fees and a lack of privacy.

Your information is false and I will respond accordingly. -All guests checking in must submit their full names so we can pass on to the security at the main gate for admission to the property. This is the rules of the complex and all home owners must comply. That's the only personal information we requested of you and we have that in writing. -We are sorry for the inconvenience of the general pool being out of service, but we have no control over this. -We have 1 external camera at our property pointing to the road, and we have declared this to VRBO and a small description of exactly where it externally. If you had taken time to read the information about our property, you would have seen this information. -What you see on our listing is exactly what our guests receive. We are Super Host on Airbnb and that alone speaks of our integrity. -I messaged you to ask how close you were to our property when checking in, because we can't have our housekeeper waiting for hours, because you did not turn up for the time you had indicated. I then had to ask our housekeeper to leave, and I personal did a virtual check-in with you. That's all I ever asked of you. -You had 1 extra guest staying at our property which was not disclosed or pay for on your reservation that we unaware of, hence, the extra charge. -Anytime guests are dishonest and refuse to pay for extra guests, they intimidate by telling you about their lawyers and leaving a bad review. -This is all a part of the business. We are ok with the fact that God knows the truth and that's all that matters. -We wish you all the best. Blessings 🙏

Beautiful home but

I would give this place 5 stars but it has a few draw backs. There is no AC in the living area. We could not sit there. We had to stay in the room with AC because the heat was unbearable. The bed is a coil spring mattress. It may that my ass is literally spoiled to pillowtops and memory foam mattressess now,but that's an up grade along with the AC in the living room, that is needed. Other than those 2 issues,absolutely the perfect place to rent...
