Aloha zum Paradies, dieses Studio ist gemütlich, charmant, komfortabel und befindet sich auf einer oberen Etage mit Panoramablick auf das Meer und den Diamantenkopf. Kürzlich renoviert. Wir befinden uns gegenüber dem Fort Derussy Park und dem Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort. Sie sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand, der Ala Moana Mall, den Restaurants und dem berühmten Strip von Waikiki (Kalakaua Blvd) entfernt. Die Lage dieses Studios ist perfekt - gerade nah genug am geschäftigen Nachtleben und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Waikiki, aber weit genug entfernt, um nicht den ganzen Tag von Menschen umgeben zu sein! Nach dem Abendessen können Sie einen kurzen Spaziergang am Strand und / oder einen 3-minütigen Spaziergang zum Hilton Hawaiian Village machen, um jeden Freitagabend das Feuerwerk zu sehen.

Yes very well maintained condo. Good cafes brewery n beaches in the area. And even a great massage center in the building….Ask for Anna she is the best. You can’t go wrong with this VRBO.

The floor had something sticky on it. My guess was a trash bag cleaning people has a sticky, supupy contents in the bag and it stopped across the floor and puddled where she set it prior to going out. Once we got a handle on that and cleaned it up, things were fine.

Noise

While property was cute and the host responsive the location was on the busiest street in Waikiki and I will say the noise from traffic, sirens, carburetor backfires from the roaring turbo vehicles was deafening and relentless, all night long! . And there is construction going on right in front of the building, jack hammers, saws, and constant beeping from the trucks being unloaded that I was not told when I booked this property. I would have stayed somewhere else!! It was truly awful! Don’t stay here if you are expecting any level of auditory peace in Hawaii! Sorry Jie Ru , but it was a lot noisier than how your description reads. I s see Gould have been offered a refund or at least a decent refund. I did receive a $100 refund because the neighbor was smoking cigarettes my entire first day so that I could not even sit on my balcony or keep my door open.. Very unhappy traveler!

Great location, great host

Situated a short walk to the beach. Lovely views from the lanai. Building amenities are great esp for a long stay (e.g. credit carp op laundry). Also enjoy some of the beach equipment (towels, snorkel, life vest). The host is pleasant to talk with and responsive.

Waikiki location

The unit was exactly as the photos show. The view is beautiful However, it is SO loud. It is right on a road with traffic all day/night. I could hear the cars music playing. Between the AC and the cars I didn’t sleep at all. The doors are thin so I could smell what the neighbors were cooking and here every ding of the elevator. When I asked about parking. Since I knew we couldn’t park in the building (I was informed there was cheap parking next door around $10 a day in my confirmation) the security guard at check-in told me to go around the corner. It’s $20 for 8am-5pm and $25 for 5pm- 8am. Twice I had to pay $45 to park. Then I was playing the make sure to be gone by 8 and can’t come back until 5pm. The unit was really cute and the view was beautiful but between noise and parking costs I sadly would not stay there again.

Cute, cozy and conveniently located

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was my first time visiting Hawaii. Owners were awesome and responded quickly to my questions. The unit had everything I needed. The only reason my overall rating wasn't a 5 is because of amount of external noise. I wasn't expecting it but after a couple of days I adjusted. It's in walking distance to beaches, shopping and the best breakfast spot ever...the Aloha Kichen!! Thanks J for your hospitality.

Perfect Paradise Position

Location, location, location! Perfectly positioned for shopping, sight seeing, and beach trips! The host was amazing with her responses, when we had a couple hiccups, too! The condo may seem small, at first, but almost every amenity that you need is covered. Most of our time was spent shopping, eating, drinking, sight seeing or relaxing on the beach, so the time in the room was minimal. The important things that mattered were well covered: a very comfortable mattress, television access, wifi, coffee maker (with supplies), air conditioner and balcony view. If you think you're missing something, open a drawer or a door, it's probably there. The bonuses were: cool breezes on the balcony, a safe and secure building, & interesting traffic patterns below (Harley Davidson drive-by, classic car parade,and more). Special thank you to the young guard on duty our first night, Takum Kumos, he was as helpful and understanding as he could be to two tired travelers!!!

Good location & everything you need

The studio is beautifully decorated, with everything you need from hot plate to cook a meal to microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle plus iron &ironing board. Nice bed and shower. Good view of Diamond Head, the ocean and park. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs (you can hear traffic) and eye mask (very bright even with curtains drawn). Host is very attentive and helpful and responds quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Book this now!

If you are still looking for a place to book, book this now!! Located near waikiki about 5-10 minutes away. Quiet than the waikiki beach resorts so you can sleep better 1. Good communication, owners even went above and beyond to make the stay more comfortable and amazing. 2. Easiest check in and check out ever 3. Parking in the vicinity at the most reasonable price. 4. Quiet, away from the loud noises in waikiki 5. Next to waikiki literally walking distance away, laundry in the building as well. Over all 10/10. The only downside I can say, is the place just slightly needs more lighting as it gets hard to see at night but in the morning the lighting is amazing.

Comfortable studio centrally located with great views.

Jieru is a great host. She answered all my questions and accommodated my requests. The studio is very comfortable: good bed, nice shower, attractive decor, spectacular view that includes Diamond Head and view windows on the ocean as it changes color through the day, and many small amenities. It has a small refrigerator adequate for two people on a short stay, and I did fine using the microwave and little coffee pot. If you bring a small ice chest, there are blue ice packs you can use for day trips to the beach. Jieru even provided tea and coffee. There is a myriad of restaurants within walking distance. I was able to walk to the beach for a morning swim and there are lots of beautiful parks and gardens to enjoy. I really enjoyed just sitting on the balcony. I would definitely return next time I am in Honolulu.

Convenient location, comfortable space.

We enjoyed our stay, lots of nearby shops and restaurants. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as traffic noise is a constant. Gorgeous views of Diamond Head and ocean, city lights at night. You can walk everywhere, short walk to TheBus around the island. It is a non-smoking building, but the hall outside our unit reeked of smoke. Overall, we had a blast!

Good Host, Good Place, Great Experience.

A great place to stay. The bachelor-like suite is comfortable for 2 people. It has a comfy bed, a full bath, closet-space, kitchenette, TV, AC, WIFI and a balcony with obstructed view of the ocean and Diamond Head. First morning sunrise was awesome. N.B.: We flew in late and had a rental car(on-site parking *fee) operates 6am-11pm so we had to park in the street (free parking on street 10pm-6am). Check-in is quick. Security friendly and offered advice on parking. 10min. drop off parking at front bldg. Bldg has a nice large pool(didn't use it) and a small laundry area(uses CCard no cash). This place is walking distance to most attractions in Waikiki. Convenience stores(ABC), souvenir shops, restaurants and malls all within walking distance. Overall experience was wonderful. Our host was very responsive to our needs(text messages responded accordingly). We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Oahu. Mahalo.

Couldn't really be any better

Firstly, this is my second review! I responded promptly to the first review request VRBO sent me, but for some reason it appears not to have gone through. I hope this one will! We were very happy indeed with every aspect of this holiday. The apartment is perfectly situated - less that 5 minutes walk from Waikiki Beach, 3 minutes walk from an excellent grocery and more restaurants and cafes than you can count, the closest in the next building. The studio apartment is just as pictured - attractively decorated and immaculately clean. The owner, Jie, has thoughtfully stocked it with every appliance you might need and quite a few provisions also. The view is wonderful - over a tree filled park to the Diamond Head volcano in the distance. Jie, was very helpful and accommodating - this was our first VRBO rental so there was a lot to learn, and the security guard could not have been more friendly. If you are using Google Maps to find the hotel, it gives you the wrong building - #2059 instead of #2019 - which is only two buildings long and with a convenient covered loading zone.

Ideal location

Perfect location to explore Honolulu and Waikiki! No need for a car! We saw Pearl Harbour, Diamond Head, China town and DT Honolulu. Also utilized Ala Moana centre for grocery shopping , eating and transit. Public transit was excellent, used it for everything including snorkelling at the nature preserve and airport access. $5.50 for a day pass, on/off at will. Small home as advertised, spotless and all amenities that we required. No Jie is not my sister..! 😎

Great place to stay

The place was amazing, it is very close to the ocean and was very clean. Jieru was nice and helpful when she was communicating with me. Highly recommend this place.

A Gem On Waikiki Beach

Enjoyed the Great view, great location, Clean room. Walk-able distance to everything. Jie is super friendly and responsible. I am coming back for the next business trip.
