We stayed 4 nights and only had 2 towels per person.. The resort does not help you without a fee for more.. The room was super clean and comfy. All the free activities was a great benifit of booking the room!

Accurate Description minus a key detail

Overall, the stay at the Summit was a great trip. However, one thing I would note as a distinct drawback are the walls are paper thin. We had a party next door blaring music, singing loud, etc. until late. We could hear every word. Not a pleasant experience. This happened two nights in a row. Thankfully, they left after two days and the rest of the trip was pleasant with considerate neighbors. Everything else in the listing was accurate. But if you want a quiet place, this may not be the place for you.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was ok, but there were some issues or opportunities for improvement. We were there for beach and tennis and found out before hand that we would not be able to use tennis courts. Upon entering our unit was not as cool as we’d like & found that the unit had a Nest thermostat with no instructions to use it. Changed temp to see display say it would change in 2 hours. The floor was sandy and we didn’t go to the beach as it was double red flag while we were there. The condo overlooks the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was not operational. We were told we could use the pool and hot tub at the tides, we did make the walk to the tides to use the pool and enjoyed live music there, but the hot tub was for Tides residents and guests. There was no kitchen except for microwave and fridge which was okay, but the amenities included dishwasher pods with no dishwasher. Would have been better for that unit to have small coffee set up with Keurig and kcups etc. while we prefer gulf and beach views, my husband did enjoy getting up early to see 5 deer come out from the nature preserve to the courtyard below our balcony.

Short Trip, but wonderful.

My wife and I planned a quick trip and found this wonderful room. Really enjoyed our three days. Everything is as listed and the text system with check in/out is easy. The Summit was a great location between Destin and 30a. See you again soon.

Very Nice

Enjoyed this location. Beautiful beach about 5 minute walk or so. Balcony was nice... could see the ocean! Very clean! Size is comparable to a hotel room

Nice Place

Very nice room with great view and short walk to beautiful beach. Friendly staff, would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice rental only thing is the water pressure for the shower sucks for someone with very thick hair. Location to the ocean isn’t really what I wanted, I wanted closer to the ocean. Wasn’t so up on the bedroom actually joining the actually part of the main condo by a door that locks from both ways. Other than that the place was beautiful and pool area was awesome

Usually our guests do see the units photographs before their stay so that they are aware of the units interior design and location. Nice experience

The room was very clean and I was happy with the communication with the property manager. It's a nice location with walking distance to the beach. The little guest-goodies was also a nice touch. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved it! It was perfect for my husband and myself. We were celebrating our anniversary and we loved our room and the entire property! We liked have 2 pools and the pool bar and easy access to the beach!

Good for a 2 day stay or renting both rooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay in the room was ok. A few things I didn't like, you could hear the people next door due to the connecting room doors so that kept me up all night. I didn't have a kitchen sink or small hot stove,but there's a cabinet full of dishes. Why? I guess you wash dishes in the bathroom.Not cool. Other than that it was great just for our short stay.
