Wonderful apartment

The apartment was fantastic. Just as advertised and perfect for us. It had everything we needed. It is large and spacious with 3 large bedrooms. Nice restaurants nearby. Córdoba is a beautiful city and well worth seeing. The apartment is close to the train and bus stations (where the car rentals are). There are some great day trips. Thank you Carmen

Magnifique

L"appartement à vraiment répondu à toutes nos attentes. Le quartier est vraiment très agréable avec beaucoup d'espaces verts et de jeux pour les enfants; un parking sécurisé juste en face où on a laissé notre voiture pendant 3 jours. En effet, on a fait toutes les visites et courses à pied. . Tout est proche. Nous souhaiterions remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur ponctualité et la tenue de l'appartement car il est très propre, spacieux et tout à fait conforme à la description. En tout cas, à réserver sans hésitation.

Really comfortable apt I great location

Two couples stayed in this lovely apartment that was walking distance to most sites. We loved the spacious accommodations as well as the comfortable layout. Great kitchen and living room. Pillows were too hard but the place was very clean. Would stay there again if were back in town. Terrific air con and friendly owners.

The apartment was perfect and in a great location only 10min walk from the centre of the old town.

The apartment was very spacious, light and beautifully furnished in a modern style. It overlooks a lovely plaza.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and there is a small laundry room with washing machine. There was some detergent left on top of the machine, which we were extremely grateful for, as we had been travelling for a couple of weeks and desperately needed to do a washing. There is plenty of seating in the living room for 6 people, and more (we were just 4). And, 2 dining tables: one in the living room and one in the kitchen, both of which are very nice places to sit. To top it all off there is little balcony off the kitchen where you can sit outside. Carmen is easy to contact and very responsive and her Welcome Instructions were full of informative and very useful information. There is a very conveniently located car park directly opposite the apartment. We loved our stay here and Cordoba is a great city to visit especially during the Fiesta of the Patios. Do not miss the Mezquita for its incredible architecture, nor the Alcazar for its stunning gardens and the fabulous views from its ramparts and tower.

Resultó una casa muy amplia, en muy buen estado y con todo lo necesario. Su situación es estratégica, a 10 minutos andando de la zona comercial o 15 de la Mezquita y con unas vistas y luz extraordinarias. La dueña encantadora y pendiente en todo momento de tus necesidades.

Nos ha encantado el piso. Es enorme, esta situado perfectamente, y Carmen es majísima. Repetiremos si vamos a Córdoba y lo recomiendo 100%.

Fin de semana en Córdoba

Un lujo de piso a 9 minutos de la estación y a 20 de la mezquita. Cómodo, grande y perfecto para 8 personas. Hemos estado muy agusto. Volveremos.

Buena

Nos hemos alojado mis amigas y yo el fin de semana en el ático de Carmen y hemos estado realmente bien, habitaciones espaciosas, la cocina fantástica y la terraza de lujo. Bien comunicado con el centro de Córdoba, 15 minutos caminando y Carmen muy agradable, ha dado gustobtratar con ella. Volvería sin duda.

Excellent Accommodation and truly Spanish hospitality !!

Carmen is a fantastic host and she together with her daughter helped us (a group of 6 pax) to settle down in their apartment at Cordoba with ease. The private apartment is very spacious and exactly as posted in the website. The location is fantastic; a short 10 minutes walk away from RENFE Cordoba Central station and very safe and secure. We made our base in Cordoba for our 5 days 4 nights stay where we traveled extensively to Granada, Seville and within Cordoba to savour true Spanish culture, food and admire the architecture. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped and to complete it all, there is a nearby Mercado (Supermarket) 2 blocks away that provided us the necessary fresh produce for our stay. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and ideal for families and groups of 6-8 people. Carmen made sure everything was in order to make our stay in Cordoba memorable. Thank you so much for extending Spanish hospitality to us and we recommend others to book her apartment when you want to stay in Cordoba.

Una estancia fantástica.

Atico amplio, camas confortables, wifi, y sobretodo muy limpio. Está ubicado muy cerca de la estación, y a un km mas o menos del centro histórico, el trato con Carmen, (propietaria), muy bueno. No dudaria en volver a alquilarlo. Su descripción es la realidad.

Muy lindo, limpio y espacioso

El apartamento me gustó mucho, no sólo es precioso y con mucha luz, sino que la ubicación es perfecta, muy cerquita de la estación de tren, en un barrio tranquilo, con supermercados y cafés cerca. La judería y la mezquita están a unos 20 minutos a pie, aproximadamente. Algo muy importante para mí, ya que suelo viajar tanto por vacaciones como por trabajo, es tener una buena conexión a internet y la verdad es que el Wi-Fi del apartamento funciona perfectamente, no tuve problema ningún día. Me he quedado en este piso en dos oportunidades (agosto y diciembre del 2016), ambas estancias fueron perfectas. Y Carmen, la dueña, es un encanto. No dudaría en volverme a quedar ahí :).

Un Piso fantástico

El piso estaba impecable, con todas las comodidades necesarias y muy limpio. La decoración y la luz eran estupendas, así como la ubicación dentro de la ciudad El propietario nos recibió puntual dándonos todo tipo de facilidades y consejos para movernos por la ciudad y disfrutar de ella y nos mostró su total disponibilidad para cualquier cosa qe necesitásemos durante nuestra estancia. Puso estupendo!!

Hemos estado estupendamente en el piso de Carmen. Nos ha gustado tánto que intentaremos reservar de nuevo para el próximo viaje a Córdoba. Un apartamento increible!!

Hemos estado estupendamente en el piso de Carmen. Nos ha gustado tánto que intentaremos reservar de nuevo para el próximo viaje a Córdoba. Spacious, spotless, and incredibly convenient

Just finished a short stay, and am now horribly spoiled. The apartment is clean and frankly way bigger than we needed, but since we were arriving and leaving by train being a 5 minute walk from the station was a big plus. If you're a walker, the location can't be beat - less than 15 minutes to the center, another 10 to the old city. Plenty of great places to eat very close, too.

Gran casa, muy cómoda y con buena situación. Repetiremos seguro!

Visitamos Córdoba dos familias con niños pequeños durante el puente de Mayo de 2016 y Carmen nos atendió fenomenal: la casa cómoda, muy limpia, luminosa, todas las estancias grandes y bien decoradas, una acogedora terraza con vistas a la sierra... En cuanto a la situación, está al lado de la estación del AVE, fácil aparcamiento en la calle y en una zona con tiendas, parques y bares. El centro histórico está a unos veinte minutos paseando. El paseo no se hace pesado en absoluto (a nosotros no se nos hizo y teníamos que ir empujando un carrito de niños). En la casa había información turística y consejos para visitar y disfrutar de la ciudad bastante valiosos. Muchas gracias Carmen!!!

Gran ático. Muy luminoso, totalmente equipado y muy céntrico. El trato y la disponibilidad de Carmen també en excelente. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Buena ubicacion y amplio piso

La ubicación del piso es perfecta para ir al centro de Córdoba. En general estaba muy bien pero faltaba algo de limpieza limpieza en los baños. La dueña muy amable no nos recibió a la llegada y nos explico todos los detalles del piso

Una casa fantástica

La casa esta muy bien equipada con todos los detalles que no nos esperábamos. La casa estaba muy limpia y con todo muy nuevo. La propietaria ha sido muy atenta y ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Teníamos un paseito para llegar al centro y la ventaja es que pudimos dejar el coche sin ningún problema detrás de la casa donde descubrimos un supermercado para comprar.

Acogedor, amplio y con gusto en la decoración

Atico ideal en pleno centro de Córdoba. Excelente ubicación a escasos metros de la estación de tren y a tan solo 10 minutos andando del centro. Estancias amplias, limpias y acogedoras. Terraza increíble y trato estupendo por parte de la propietaria. Fuimos un grupo de 8 amigas y por unanimidad...repetiremos!

Estancia en Córdoba

Estuvimos alojados del 1 al 8 de noviembre. El ático es precioso, está muy bien ubicado para desplazarse al casco histórico por lo que no es necesario coger el coche. El equipamiento es completo con todo detalle y tiene unas vistas estupendas desde su terraza. Gracias Carmen y a tu esposo por la calurosa acogida recibimiento y decirte que nos sentimos como en casa.

Maravilloso ático

Estuvimos del 24 al 27 de septiembre alojados 3 matrimonios y tanto Carmen (que tuvo el detalle de buscarnos apacarmiento en la calle) como el ático se merecen un 10. El sitio es muy céntrico, no tuvimos que utilizar el coche desde que llegamos hasta que nos marchamos y por dentro no le falta detalle; espectacular la terraza y sus vistas, limpio y bonito.
