Stayed here while we tried our luck fishing in the area. The place was nice, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Restaurants were walkable as was the grocery store.

Cute little two bedroom condo close to the red line shuttle

The condo was well situated in the complex right by parking and close enough to the entrance that the walk to the shuttle was quite short. Everything was clean and easy to find. We also enjoyed a dip in the hot tub after skiing. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Size of condo was comfortable for 3 adults and 1 baby. Great location- walking distance to bike/walking trail, playground, close to grocery store, less busy part of Mammoth. Could use some updates, but overall it was comfortable for what we needed it for. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Could hear a bit of noise through the walls.

Decent for the price

Liked the location, that there were 2 bedrooms and baths, did not love the mattresses in either bedroom. Other comments regarding plumbing noises at night are accurate, fans in the closet can help with noise but really need new beds to improve the stay. The staff were helpful with any questions we had during our stay and the home had everything we needed for cooking. It's dated but for the price if you're looking for a clean place to stay close to town this can work.

Great Place

This unit was wonderful. It had all the necessary materials to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. It would be great that for summer rentals, fans are left out for renters to use. The unit gets hot since there is not A/C and the window in the one bedroom has no screen. It would be great to have screens on all the windows and a few fans. Overall, this place was amazing.

Long Term Stay: Honest Review

The size of this place is probably best for no more than 4 people. When I checked in, the essentials to cook meals were not in the kitchen and had to contact host to get things like a spatula and measuring cups. The plumbing from the unit above runs through the wall right behind the headboard in the large bedroom. You can hear the bathroom above from in the bedroom. You can hear any guest that is above so bring ear plugs! Overall, the place is nice. Just know that if you stay here long term and are a light sleeper to bring ear plugs because I used them nightly.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped - but noisy plumbing upstairs...

Overall this is a spacious and comfortable condo, with well equipped kitchen (including a Keurig coffee machine - so bring/buy your capsules!), large bathroom (accessed from both the master bed and living room) and second half-bath for the smaller bedroom. However, the plumbing in this building is atrocious - exacerbated by very noisy neighbours (with young children) upstairs during our stay unfortunately - and there was gurgling, sloshing and flushing/running water noises throughout the night, with very little soundproofing between the two floors in the sitting room area too. So I would book with caution - the condo is very comfortable, and the location easy walking distance from the restaurants and shops in the old town - just be wary if anyone is staying upstairs at the same time as you, and bring ear-plugs!

Location to shuttle was an easy walk. Place was cute but many little issues. Coffee pot doesn’t fit warmer, only one tiny little light in bedroom, fireplace tiny and 4mph wind blew a lot smoke into condo, fireplace glass broken allowing a lot of smoke into living room, window was broken, a lot of noise from above condo at night especially toilet flushing was very loud and fire detectors not working . This condo will not do early check ins or late check outs… very strict owners and didn’t they return emails even in a big storm and even if you call a week before to set up.

La Vista Blanc housing/condo

This condo was a bid dissapointment. The forced heat in each room could never adjust to comfortable setting, either WAY too hot or you end up turning off. The couh bed that was supposed to pull out was only a BOX spring of total discomfort. The furnitue in the house was ALL very cheap and very uncomfortable. The water pressure was really bad. No hot water, only heated to lukewarm. The TV in master bedroom did not turn on. The appliances were very cheap. The upsairs guests were so loud and running thorughout the night it interrupted our sleep each & every night. Overall this was such a poor quality of a condo that anyone would be better off booking a hotel room which much better quality accomodations. Save your $$$

We are disappointed to read your review and apologize for the inconveniences you encountered. We are unable to address the water temperature or pressure since they are controlled by the complex. The heat in this unit is controlled by wall heaters in each room; we have verified they are all working. The TV is working as well. We have ordered a pillow topper for the sofa bed in hopes of improving guest comfort. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future.

Love the place

Nice quiet location. Great price. Wonderful little condo. Clean, cute, comfy, with all you need for the stay. I would have given a 5 except there was no where the code to the hot tub was listed in the place. Had to call to get it, waited on hold 4 1/2 minutes just to get the code. Not cool. Also TERRIBLE the hot tub isn’t turned on for heat until 4 pm! Crazy.
