Spectacular house with direct access to a lovely pond. We were a group of kids and adults (11 in all) and there was abundant space for all to spread out. The game room with pool table, ping pong and tv was a real hit with the younger group. the outdoor deck and screened in porch were great places to relax. The host and house manager were super responsive to any questions or needs we had. I can’t say enough about how comfortable and beautiful the house is. We had a great time and I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed a family vacation (8 adults/5 children) at this property and had an amazing week. The property is lovely and exceeded our expectations at all levels. The house is open, clean and the location is wonderful. We were able to enjoy both several ocean beach experiences and return to the property for swims in Long Pond (which in our opinion was a lake). We had fun with the kayak and paddle board. Our communications with the host were outstanding. We highly recommend this property and we hope to stay here again in the future.

It was a great house, we all loved it. The Sheep's Pond private beach just a 2 minute walk down the road was actually preferable to the Long Pond dock in terms of swimmability.

Amazing place!

Stayed here with our family of 11- little kids through adults. Great layout to spread out and have communal space. Kids room and playroom were fantastic for our young kids. Pond that is a short walk down the road was also great for the littles. Beautiful deck and screened in porch. Exceeded our expectations.

Long Pond Resort

This property is excellent for all ages. The "lake" is crystal clear - warm water -shallow for younger children. Dock, kayak, paddle board, life jackets, toys, bicycles, play room, plenty of sleeping arrangements, well appointed rooms, plenty of seating in different areas, I can't say enough.

Amazing Family Getaway Home

The house has a perfect location. Sheeps Pond is perfect for little ones and Long Pond is perfect for waterskiing and boating. Our group of 12 had togetherness yet we could separate for some quiet solitude if needed. Plus the pool table and ping pong table was something that we didn’t realize we needed - so much fun!!

Amazing!

This is a stellar, well-maintained property. Everything was clean and ready upon our arrival. Check in and check out were easy and Sarah's guestbook was very helpful. The location is great with easy access to multiple ponds and also close proximity to beaches. The dock on the property made a great spot for our families to gather and spend our time together. We have nothing negative to say about this property and would absolutely stay again.

Extraordinary!

This place was just wonderful for we three couples who stayed there. (And could easily have accommodated more.) Even the five days of rainy weather didn't dampen out vacation, owning largely to the airy, spacious, and graceful house. I spent much of the time in the kitchen, and it was very well appointed. Within easy reach of everything we wanted to do on the Cape. You won't go wrong here.

Amazing property!

This home was perfect for our extended family getaway! Everything was exactly as it appears in the listing or even better. The house was well appointed with everything we needed for the week. All kinds of sports equipment, beach gear, tons of toys for the kids, and games for the whole family. The playroom and kids room was unlike anything we have found in a rental home and an absolute highlight for the four boys we had with us (ages 2-6). We would absolutely stay again!

Great for a large family getaway!

There is lots to do inside and out at this lovely home. Our seven grandkids ages 1-9 loved the kids’ space, games, toys, dock and private beach. Sarah could not have been more attentive in communication. Great for multi generational families. We made a few day treks to nearby beaches and towns, fished off the dock, relaxed in the hammock/on the porch, puzzled at the round table and spotted lots of wildlife around the lake.

4generation vacation home

Wonderful family home; equipped w all the inside and outside toys/games and kitchen tools needed to create lasting memories. Cape Cod Paradise

We could not imagine a more perfect 50th Anniversary celebration with our trigenerational family than this well appointed and beautiful spacious house. Much enjoyed were morning dips in the lake, kayaking and paddleboarding. The youngest children especially liked the playroom which they renamed the "cousins's room" and all the older children liked the basketball, pickleball, ping pong and the huge selection of games. The adults found everything they needed in the kitchen and were happy to sit out on the deck or find some quiet time in the library. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better celebration and week away!

Couldn't be better

This is a special house that suited our special occasion. It was large enough to comfortably fit our family reunion for a special 90th Bday. Three generations enjoyed the amenities -- at their own pace and ability. The house literally has everything you could need. Sarah is terrifically responsive. The few hiccups we encountered were addressed fast and communicated fully. It is clear she takes great pride in this home, and it is a true gem.

A Beautiful Home in a Serene Setting

My family and I rented this beautiful home Labor Day week. Our party consisted of 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles) and 1 toddler. This house had all the amenities including a very comfortable living room area where we could all sit and relax, a great dining table off the kitchen that overlooked the pond, all the bedrooms were of ample size, and there was even a rec room complete with a pool table and ping pong table. The direct access to Long Pond (which calling it a pond feels misleading given its size) allowed us to kayak and paddle board whenever the mood struck. The private access to Sheep Pond was also very nice for my 18 month old who enjoyed wading in the warm, crystal clear water and floating around. The house is a short drive to some great Bay beaches that are also amazing for a toddler at low tide with miles of beach to explore. Due to COVID, a lot of our vacation plans were canceled this year, but we are so grateful we were able to rent this house as a semi-last minute decision. It was such a relaxing week enjoyed by the entire family, and Sarah was very responsive. We hope to return! Sincerely, The Edwards

This is a beautiful, fully equipped home with a gorgeous view and places to gather. We had a wonderful time. The owner was always responsive to questions.

The house was wonderful for our family vacation. We walked in the house and the views took our breath away. Everything was clean and everything we needed for preparing meals was available. The view from every room brought the outside inside. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the pond with the breeze off the water. Plenty of space to spread out and great spaces for gathering for meals and games. An easy drive to shops and dining. Thank you so much for great memories of Cape Cod!

Lovely home and location

This is an airy, gorgeous home with great views onto a magnificent lake. The rooms are Plentiful and spacious. There are great hangout spaces—the living room, which is flooded with light, and the basement, with pool table and room for everyone to gather for a movie ( our family-friendly choice: the Three Amigos). Close to anything you need. Great walking and biking all around. We loved our stay!

Beautiful home in a great location

Beautiful home in a great location and everything was new, including the awesome outdoor shower. It was perfect for our three small families to share. It is in a great part of town on a quiet street. The lake view from the kitchen/dining room/living room, bedrooms is awesome and relaxing. The house is as advertised, modern and very tastefully decorated with plenty of rooms for a large group to hang. We had a great time kayaking on the pond (lots of turtles to see), visiting the local beaches. Everything is high end in the house, it was super clean, had all the amenities you need and is just beautiful. All the common living area overlooks the pond. Sarah Brown was very responsive to any issue and the personal touch of a welcome gift was nice. Would recommend this home.
