Looking for the perfect home for your next Florida Keys vacation? Waterfront home with over 100 feet of dock space. Just a short boat ride out to Sombrero Beach and open water for a day of fishing, snorkeling or cruising around. Our Coastal home has a secluded setting, nestled at the end of the road, with water views & Sunsets that never disappoint!! Additionally, you will enjoy your own private beach and heated pool... complete with Hammock, Adirondack chairs and lots of outside seating.

Our Home is a spacious 3-Bedroom house with water views from almost every room!!

Upon entering the house, you will be greeted with an entire wall of French Doors, showing off the amazing water views you can bask in from sunrise to sunset! The kitchen and living room boast a beachy and spacious open concept feel... with enough room for everyone to enjoy dinner together, play games or watch movies (that is when you are not outside enjoying the amazing views, fishing off the seawall or spending time on your boat!) Situated at the end of a private lane... you and your friends and family can relax in seclusion poolside or on your own private beach!

Each spacious bedroom, has it's own attached bathroom... so no having to fight over who gets the shower next!! We also have outfitted each room with luxury linens and mattresses to give you the best night sleep ever!! Whoever is lucky to get the Master Suite, will enjoy their own private quarters tucked away at one end of the house! The Master Suite features a spa like bathroom with large jetted tub and separate shower area. The Master suite also features French Doors out to your own private patio area overlooking the pool w/table and barstools perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Of course you will also have more than enough room for whatever size boat you want to bring!! We are situated on a lagoon area of the canal... with over 150 feet of seawall and dock space. Each day you can just walk out the door, hop on your boat and head out for your next fishing, diving or sandbar adventure. We are also just minutes away from Sombrero Beach, numerous restaurants and literally only a bike ride to the grocery store!

Last, but not least, we aren't your typical vacation rental! When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our hosts and they will answer any questions you may have. We also will have stocked the pantry and fridge with some necessities so you can just start enjoying your vacation right away!! Beach towels, bath towels, sunscreen, toiletries and household supplies are also provided to get you started!! So just grab your flip flops, shorts, and bathing suit... and start your vacation in our little slice of paradise down here in the gorgeous Florida Keys!!

We are close to everything.... by bike, golf cart, boat or vehicle!! Hop on your bike and you can be at Sombrero beach in less then 10 minutes. (5 minutes by car). Publix and WinnDixie grocery stores are literally right down the road from us (2 minutes by car). Over 20 restaurants are within 10 minutes of the house. golf and Tennis courts are also around the corner. And by boat... you will be to the open water in less then 10 minutes!

We are located at the end of a quiet street... with easy access to the bike/walking/running path that takes you right to Sombrero Beach. Within 5-10 minutes of the house... you will have access (by car) to numerous restaurants, stores, water sports, beaches... and so much more!!

A refundable damage deposit of $1000 will be held in your credit card used for booking for a period of 7 days, this hold of $1000 will commence 2 days prior to your checkout and will be in our custody for a period of 7 days. Subject to damages the relevant amount depending on the damage will be covered with the deposit and any remaining amount will be dispersed back to you card.
