Schöne renovierte Wohnung in der Innenstadt im Erdgeschoss eines niedlichen Hauses aus den 1960er Jahren, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt. Sehr sichere Nachbarschaft. Separater Eingang vom Eigentümer, der sich im Obergeschoss befindet. Sehr bequem und sauber. Auch etwa einen Block entfernt von Fire Island Bakery und ein paar Blocks entfernt von New Sagaya City Market.

Voll ausgestattet mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche und allen Küchengeräten und Gegenständen für Ihre Kochbedürfnisse.

Alle Räume sind sehr hell und werden zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt. Auf jeden Fall eine Vermietung für einen Pflanzen- und Lichtliebhaber. Alle Räume haben Fluchtwege für Ihre Sicherheit.

Perfect week in Anchorage

Absolute Perfection

Truly the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The property had so many thoughtful touches and every utensil you could ask for in the kitchen. The host was very communicative and kind and check in and out was a breeze. Location was also lovely and very walkable to downtown. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Getaway in Anchorage!

My wife and I had such a great time staying at this property! All the boxes were checked; clean, comfortable, safe, perfect location, and had everything we would want or need. Walking distance to downtown

My husband, and 4 yr old son and I had a wonderful stay at this property that was walking distance from downtown. The property had everything that we imagine we needed, communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again if we were headed back to Anchorage!

Home away from home.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The accommodations were spotless and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Great rental and location

Rental for Anchorage was great. Courtney had everything we needed and was very helpful. The location is great and we felt very safe walking into the city. Be sure to say hello to Jack! The quiest and friendliest host "dog".

A Perfect Place for Me to Stay

I absolutely loved this place! Courtney is a great host. The property is in a great location, very close to downtown and very quiet. The apartment is well-stocked with towels, bedding, and kitchenware. Having lived in Alaska for 30 years and returning to visit, I found staying here like being home again. Will definitely come back here for my next visit.

This basement apartment was wonderful! The apartment contained a ton of natural light and was very clean and recently remodeled. The neighborhood was quiet with convenient access to downtown. I highly recommend staying here and will return myself!

Perfect location!

Stayed in downstairs unit in clean, inviting home while visiting our son in Air Force at JBER. House is close to base, town, restaurants and shopping. We rented a car and explored the beautiful trails and lakes. Courtney is an amazing, responsive host with perfect recommendations for food and activities. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Comfortable and cozy!

Comfortable and cozy is how I would describe this home. The host has made it so easy to relax and enjoy your stay here. Full amenities away from home. This place has the perfect location in Anchorage! A few minutes from downtown you could even walk if wanted. I definitely would recommend a stay here. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Clean, Cozy, and Great Location

This property was fantastic! Courtney was very easy to get ahold of for any questions and was very attentive to guest needs. This property was a basement apartment, but it did not feel like a basement and was very bright. I would highly recommend it as it was in a great location and was very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if I were to come back to Anchorage!

Simply perfect

We’re so glad we got in last minute! Courtney was an amazing host - my husband needed a certain pan to cook me breakfast and she let him use hers. Her pup is the cutest thing ever, and loves being chased. The place was cute, quaint and cozy. We even asked monthly pricing so we can stay there longer the next time we visit Anchorage. Beautiful Oasis in Alaska

This property was the perfect place to rest during a pretty brutal work schedule! Quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable, spacious and perfectly located for everything I needed. If I am ever back in Anchorage, I could not imagine staying anywhere else. The host was very responsive, informative and made sure that I had all the information that I needed to make my stay as accommodating as possible. If this location is available this is the perfect spot for anyone looking to have a place to return to and recharge. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your property, it made my otherwise stressful trip amazing!

Could Not be Better

This is about as close to perfect for us as it could get. It had easy entry, egress, very clean and comfortable, it was close enough to town that we could walk to most places, it had all the conveniences, a good sized bathroom and reasonably priced. We loved the train to Anchorage, the Ebike tour, and the Wildlife Excursion. The host Courtney was a treat, friendly and welcoming as was her dog Jack. We were more than .pleased. A+++

Convenience in Anchorage

I was in Anchorage for a family wedding but wanted to spend some days touring Alaska. I came upon Courtney’s property and it proved to be perfect. Walking distance to downtown and driving distance to some of the best views/activities in Alaska. The apartment was bright, clean, accessible and very well appointed. Courtney was helpful and responsive, offering up suggestions when asked. When I checked out I felt I was leaving a home! Would totally recommend.

Incredible vacation home base

My spouse and I visited for the Anchorage Mayor's Marathon. This was an excellent base for that activity, and for anyone coming in to town to spend time outside. It's an easy walk to Downtown and many trails. (I've never seen so many sidewalks in my life) The property itself is cozy and well appointed. It had everything we need to cook and the plants made for wonderful decor. I'd recommend this property in a heartbeat. There are stairs required to access but there is a handrail. It felt like home away from home. Courtney is also a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful.
