Schönes privates Gold Canyon Home

Unser Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend von schöneren Häusern auf großen Grundstücken. Obwohl es keine Gated Community ist, hat es dieses Aussehen und Gefühl, da alles sehr gut gepflegt ist. Unser Haus liegt auf 2/3 Hektar mit einer Privatmauer. Das Äußere des Hauses ist Adobe Stil und verfügt über Wüstenlandschaftsgestaltung vor und zahlreiche Königspalmen, Orangenbaum, Linde und andere Palmen im Rücken rund um den nicht beheizten Pool. Von der nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse können Sie atemberaubende Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge genießen

Das Haus selbst ist etwa 2600 m² und wurde 2010 gebaut. Innenböden sind in erster Linie Fliesen mit Holzboden-Upgrades in den beiden Ersatzschlafzimmern. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Das Innere des Hauses ist Dekor in einer Mischung aus Südwesten und zeitgenössischer Zeit. Eine große übergroße Holz Eingangstür führt Sie in ein geräumiges offenes Familienzimmer / Ess- / Küchenbereich. Komfortable Leder-Schnitt und ein großer LCD-Fernseher sind hier vorgestellten. Ein Deckenventilator bewegt Luft gut und es gibt viel Umgebungsbeleuchtung. Es gibt eine Höhle zum Entspannen im Familienzimmer. Eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche erwarten Sie im Master mit komfortablen Möbeln und einem großen LCD-TV. Ein großer begehbarer Kleiderschrank befindet sich ebenfalls hier. Im anderen Flügel des Hauses sind zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und schönen Möbeln. Alles in allem ein sehr komfortables Wohnhaus für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte. Große Garage beherbergt eines unserer Autos und einen Golfwagen, die nicht für den Mieter zu verwenden sind. Parkplätze für zwei Autos stehen außerhalb des Hauses zur Verfügung. Eine Waschküche verfügt über aufrecht stehende Maytag-Geräte. Dies ist ein Nichtraucher-Haus, das komplett eingerichtet ist, ohne dass Sie etwas außer Ihren persönlichen Sachen brauchen. Wir bitten Sie, alles, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes verwenden, zu ersetzen. Vielen Dank!

Perfect spot

Wonderful home with plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out. We were in town for a family reunion and the location was ideal for visiting others and close to golf and hiking.Would definitely return.

Pro: location good, property was quiet, large space for the 4 adultsCons: hot tub was not working during our entire stay. Owner was notified and maintenance was not able to come out till the end of our 14 day stay. Owner was less then helpful and found to be unaccommodating. Couch was uncomfortable. Would I recommend this property: not for the price if the amenities are not fully functioning.

Family visit

Home is Beautiful! And very comfortable. We were four adults! Wish a grocery store was closer as we did not have a car rental but we used Uber and had no issues. We are water drinkers and needed to load up a few times. The pool was too cold to enjoy but a beautiful private backyard was enjoyed!

Great Spring Break Desert Getaway!

Beautiful and very comfortable home. Our small family of 3 (2+10 year old) found this home to be a great base for an active week of hiking, biking and exploring. Great location and everything we needed we found. Grill, hot tub and lounging chairs for soaking up the sun! Thank you for sharing your oasis with us!

My siblings and I had a wonderful stay at Don and Judy's place! The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. Don also went above and beyond to help when my sister locked herself out of the house. :)

What a beautiful, comfortable home!

It was a perfect size for our family to host Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen and was well equipped and the counter was large with plenty of chairs. Of course, the pool was too cold to use but we sat around the lovely patio area.

WOW!!

I have stayed at numerous VRBO properties over the years and this place tops them all! This property had it ALL! We didn’t lack for anything! Great Gold Canyon

This was perfect for our family of four. Convenient to all that the east valley had to offer, Petroglyph Trail, Sully Mountain, Salt River Tubing, Goldfield Ghost Town, Tonto National Forest, etc. Scottsdale and Phoenix are only a little bit further.

Oasis.

We stayed here for spring break. The home is beautiful and private. Felt like we had our own little resort with the pool and the private back yard. The pool was immaculate, but a little chilly. In talking with the pool cleaner we found out that this is typical for the area. Very few pools are heated. The home is located in a very quiet, safe neighborhood so my wife was comfortable walking in the mornings. Truly a relaxing vacation. Owner was great to work with. One of the best vacations I've ever taken. We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Fantastic home in a great location!

This was our first 2 month winter stay in Arizona and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Don and Judy’s house was comfortable, well equipped and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. This house was immaculate in every way. Had all necessary household supplies and was clean throughout. The interior design is appealing to the eye and the inside of the house is huge. Love the master bath and the pool was incredibly refreshing and clean. I will be booking again next year!

Home away from Home

A home away from home. Stocked with what we needed and grocery close by. Rooms were spacey - with the tall ceilings - liked the dining room, kitchen, and family room all connected with a side den. Nice poolside patio and quiet neighborhood. Accent lights at night in both the spacious back and front yards. (and some inside). Very nice neighbors next door that checked to make sure everything was OK. A nice well furnished clean home - would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful property.

This beautiful 3 bedroom home is located in an extremely quiet area of Gold Canyon. The three beds are really only big enough for 1 person. The pool was nice and clean but too cool for use at this time of year. Overall a great place especially when the weather is perfect as it was for us.

Beautiful Gold Canyon Home

Don and Judy’s home was beyond our expectations - beautiful inside and out. We spent as much time as possible in the backyard and enjoying the warm sun by the pool. The property is very close to the activities we enjoy (golf, hiking, exploring). It was a pleasure working with Don. He was always very quick to respond to our questions and requests. Beautiful home, great neighbourhood. Great experience!!

It was our first experience with a VRBO and it guaranteed it will not be our last. Don was extremely helpful making sure our stay went perfectly. The property was not only beautiful it was easy to feel at home there. Everything you could need was available from laundry, to wifi and a coffee pot, really too much to list. This home will be the top of the list for our next stay in the Gold Canyon Area.

My family and I were very happy with this house!

The house itself is of the highest quality and also, in a very nice neighborhood. It was close to a good restaurant and Walgreen’s was conveniently close by. There was very little traffic on the street and there were golf courses and hiking trails close by. It also has convenient access to 60 Hiway. It’s also great that the backyard was a very nice size with a beautiful pool and lounging area with a TV for viewing your favorite sports and programs. The house was comfortable and we especially liked the fact that the master bedroom was on the opposite side of the house of the other two bedrooms. We had a 9 month old baby with us and did have to provide our own crib/playpen. But, that wasn’t an issue for us. Really, the only thing we would have preferred is that the master bed was king sized rather than queen. Again... not that important. We had the opportunity to meet the homeowners. They were very welcoming and friendly. They were also committed to making our stay as nice as possible. It is definitely going to be our first choice next time we head back to beautiful Gold Canyon to visit our parents! We made a great choice! In a word... CLASSY😊

Don and Judy Fenton and we are from the Pacific Northwest. I am semi retired and Judy is a dental hygienist. We both grew up primarily in the Pacific Northwest but found that we had a love for the desert based on many trips to Palm Springs and other desert communities over the past handful of years.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We simply fell in love with the Superstition Mountain vistas. We spent two weeks in March of '16 based in Scottsdale and traveled near and far looking at all of the communities the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas had to offer. One of our last areas of discovery was Gold Canyon and when we came out one evening and saw the sunset against the Superstitions we were hooked. It did not hurt also that we are pretty avid golfers and "sunshine people". When we toured this home it quickly became the one for us that we compared others we had seen against.

We like the fact that we are so happy just hanging at home. There are tons of things to do nearby but we love our backyard/patio area and the privacy it provides. We think you will find the same qualities to be true for you if you decide to visit the area and stay in our vacation/rental home.
