Well maintained

We were happy with condition of the condo. Beds were comfortable, facility was clean and had supplies for a variety of cooking. Beach chairs were available with some toys for children.

The only recommendations I have would be to include 2 dish towels and ant spray. Ghost ants are a normal common household nuisance in Florida. I com down 3-4 times a year and so I know to bring spray and I come with airtight containers for snacks or leftovers, so as to not worry about drawing the ants into the home. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I certainly would stay again and recommend the home to my family and friends! Close to Siesta Key Beach

We had a nice week enjoying the pool, visiting Siesta Key Beach & friends in the area. The place was as pictured & clean. The location is convenient to stores & restaurants. It took us a little while to get used to the busy road & traffic. Communication always prompt.

The condo was very clean and very well stocked with kitchen equipment. Easy drive to the beach. Pool was so so clean and felt amazing. The best part was the owner. Lioubov was so quick to respond to questions and help with anything we needed. We will stay here again.

Wonderful Location and thank you Lioubov for being such a great host/owner.

This VRBO was spotless. I always look for dust in hotels etc because that is a way to tell if properly cleaned and this property was spotless. It is extremely convenient to stores, restaurants, Siesta key beach, Siesta Key, Ed Smith Oriole ballpark. It is a six lane highway (3 lanes each way) and a center lane. We never had an issue getting in or out. I would not walk to the convenient shopping area because of all the lanes and if you do walk, go to the traffic light. Lioubov kept in touch with us throughout our stay. Whenever I had a question, she responded immediately before our stay and while there. There is a Publix, CVS, and restaurants on Clark Rd. We found a great outdoor restaurant right over the bridge and to the left called Captain Curts. Went there several times during our stay. The pool was crystal clear and warm. The laundromat takes coins 1.50 for washer and dryer. You may want to pack or purchase some quarters and laundry detergent because that is not available for purchase. Lioubov contacted me after we landed and wanted to know out ETA. We arrived about 1:00 pm and she had unlocked the condo for us. There are two ways to enter. A key or a keypad. We mostly used the keypad so we didn't have to carry a key with us. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. We didn't cook while there but anything you needed was available. Big refrigerator and freezer.

Condo was clean but needs some update in kitchen. Also didn’t care for check in , unit was unlocked keys was inside. Also when leaving had to leave condo unlocked and left keys where I found them. Lack of communication for sure! Couldn’t understand the managers language. Liked location and pool! Got a good price!

Our biggest frustration was the “heated” pool. It never got warm enough to be comfortable. Maybe listing what the heated temperature is would help. The toaster and air fryer could be updated. A swiffer for the floor would be very helpful. The living room is really dark. A side table by the sofa with a lamp would be very helpful. The toilet in the bathroom was badly cracked and if it were mine it would be replaced. The master bath toilet did not consistently flush and had to be plunged frequently.

This location was exactly what we needed. Everything was very, very clean and newly remodeled. The owners were very attentive to us when we sent a text. Quick response. The location was perfect for visiting the beaches. We went to more beaches this past trip then any other year. Great shopping for local produce. Golfing close as well as the Legacy bike trail that we traveled on daily. Enjoyed our trip.

The property is close to SIESTA BEACH (less than 5min drive) -one of the best beaches in the world. Farmers Market 2 min away. Close to amazing bike trails "Legacy Trail" 12.5-mile, paved route sits on an abandoned rail corridor is popular with bicyclists & walkers!
