Willkommen bei Waterpointe 1 Unit 803.

Hoch oben in der 8. Etage gelegen, sind die Aussichten vom 16-Fuß-Balkon am Meer unglaublich!

Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine Trockner.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett.

Das Gästezimmer hat auch ein Queensize-Bett und teilt sich ein Bad mit Schlafzimmer Nr. 3, das 2 Einzelbetten hat.

Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet.

Das Waterpointe 1 befindet sich in der ruhigen, familienfreundlichen Gegend Windy Hill in North Myrtle Beach und verfügt über einen beheizten Innenpool, einen Whirlpool, einen Außenpool, ein Kinderbecken im Freien, einen Grillbereich mit Picknicktischen und zwei Sonnendecks. Die geräumige Lobby ist mit Sitzbereichen, Tischen, Stühlen und Fernseher ausgestattet. Wir sind weniger als eine Meile von Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, dem House of Blues und dem Bi-lo-Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt. 4th of July Beach Vacation

Great short trip

Enjoyed our stay!

Loved the location, parking was great, view was awesome, everyone was friendly and the grounds were well kept. The beach was awesome and not crowded at all.The mattress in the master was not very comfortable and the bathrooms could use an update but other than that it was great and we would definitely go back!

Family Beach Trip

Great Location

Weather wasn't the best (unseasonably cold that week) but much better then Ohio weather. This location was close to Barefoot Landing, great restaurants and shopping. We go to Myrtle Beach every year and would use this condo again! Loved it! Robin

Absolutely perfect!

This was everything we had hoped for and it met/exceeded all our expectations! Communication prior to and at arrival was outstanding! We had no problems or concerns during our stay. We wished we could have stayed forever. It is so perfect, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing but very close to fun activities, shopping, and dining! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks for amazing memories!

Beautiful View from updated condo that is conveniently Located!

I could have sat on this balcony all day with that view, but I had teenagers that were on the go. As stated, two pools, hot tub with a long ocean rolling in. If that isn't enough, there are many attractions all within 15 minutes of this location. This condo has been updated with amazing storage for the size. The eating area is compromised but it works. We had a great dining experience with King's Pizza, Eggs Up Grill and Barefoot Bistro!! I would describe this condo building as boutique style. There were no large crowds to contend with, no crowded elevators. North Myrtle Beach felt safe and family friendly. Everyone we met were super friendly. This day and time that counts!

Best Community In One Building

My wife and I were so glad to find Happy Crab Vacations last year after dealing with a couple of the large rental companies in the NMB area. Randy and Debbie make your vacation stay seem so personal from the time you make your first reservation until the day that you check out. The condo was extremely clean and very well stocked when we arrived. Their team pays attention to every detail before you arrive. They even turn on each of the televisions so that you know that they are set up properly and working which is a really nice touch. Even the balcony door windows were spotless. When we used other rental companies in the past we had to re-clean the entire place before we felt comfortable enough to unpack. There is always an activity being held in the lobby of the building and is inclusive of everyone in the building whether you are a renter or an owner. the building is very well maintained and everyone is very very friendly. We are so glad we found this company and this building for our annual vacation stay.

Great Place!

First trip to Myrtle Beach and the condo was excellant. Great location overlooking the ocean. The chairs on the deck facing the ocean were nice to sit in during a morning cup of coffee. Access to the building and condo was easy and the instructions were easy to follow.

Everything was perfect. The place was a little smaller than we thought, but it didn’t matter. Randy gave us the names of restaurants to go to, that were perfect. We had a million dollar view. Loved waking up and watching the sunrise every morning. It’s extremely peaceful. Went to the beach ( which is right there) or the pool to cool off. It was a golf vacation so we didn’t do any sightseeing. But the courses were beautiful. We will definitely be coming back. It was a wonderful experience.

Loved this oceanfront condo

This is a great condo. It has everything we needed for our stay and although we didn’t use it I was happy to see that there was a crockpot. This is a great building as although I think it was pretty full during our three week stay you rarely heard noise from any of the condos. I love this building and can’t wait to stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The location is fantastic. We could see everything up and down the beach, and the children were able to access the pool and beach all day long. The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable minibreak.
