Seagull Condominiums Einheit 504 ist eine fünfte Etage umgebaut 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Bad direkt am Strand Ferienwohnung. Es gibt Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Ein Kingsize-Bett befindet sich im Hauptschlafzimmer und eine Königin im Gästezimmer. Die neu eröffnete Küche verfügt über neue Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, neue Schränke und eine Granitplatte. Während Sie Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zubereiten, können Sie den Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko genießen. Die neuen Terrassentüren öffnen sich von einer Seite zur anderen. Es verfügt über begehbare Duschen in beiden Bädern und Fliesenböden im gesamten Gebäude. Genießen Sie die Aussicht von der privaten Terrasse, während Sie den Klängen des Ozeans lauschen. Ein Schlafsofa steht für zusätzlichen Schlafraum zur Verfügung. Eigentumswohnung für 6 Personen. (Der Pool des Resorts ist im November, Dezember, März und April beheizt.) WLAN in der Wohnung.

Best Place to Stay!

The Sea Gull property is the best! Very clean, right on the beach, all rooms have gulf view! The office staff is 5 Star! They are courteous and helpful! We have stayed at this property a couple of times, it will be our go-to property when we visit Port Aransas again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need for your vacation is here. The property was very clean and has an amazing view with fabulous deck furniture. We are already planning our next visit.

Amazing!

The ocean view is breathtaking. The condo is beautifully decorated. One quick elevator ride and we were steps away from the ocean. If we went the other direction we were at the pool. Both very convenient to get to. Very kid friendly. Absolutely loved our stay and I can’t say it enough, the view was perfect.

everything was great, whenever we needed anything they were right there. The location was perfect us

the property was well kept. my only complaint was that I could see a childs fingerprints on the windows and the floors could have been cleaner.( found long black hairs in some areas on the floor)

Awesome View

The view is great. The stove not so good. The dials on the cook top didn't have marks for low, medium, or high. So it was a guessing game to cook. A hugh pain. Most of the under counter kitchen lights are burned out. The fixture in the master bath was missing it's globe. The beds are very comfortable. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and dated. The bar stools are way too high to be able to eat ay the bar. Only very young could eat there, but then danger of falling. Overall good. Place was clean which is very important.
