Great neighborhood

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in this lovely condo located in a quiet neighborhood yet within minutes to all thing San Antonio. Just a 5 min walk to restaurants, and shops an 10 mintes to the riverwalk. Hosts are fantastic, check in is a breeze and we felt very at-home.

Property served as a great home base for the team we had in for a trade show. As advertised and as easy as it get's in every way! Would stongly recomend to anyone staying in the San Antonio area.

We stayed 6 nights. Could get to all the fun things we wanted to quickly. We felt safe. Really enjoyed having 2 sets of washer and dryers! Looked newly remodeled or built. They even left us chips and salsa and topo Chico’s! Met our every need! Pretty mural inside for family photos too. Mgr quick to respond.

Quiet place to get work done.

Co-workers and I were in San Antonio for work for a week and a half. Very clean, great location and nice amenities. Close to great restaurants. Also very quiet.

Thanksgiving visit to family

This is the third time we’ve stayed at the property. It’s very well located with numerous restaurants nearby, and not far from the Riverwalk. The kitchen has all the necessities.

Perfect Place to Stay close to Riverwalk

10/10 stay for our trip! We stayed 5 days/4 nights. It was perfect for our annual 3 family siblings trip! Close to Riverwalk and places to eat. Super clean and wonderful amenities! Host was very responsive to messages and accommodating to our arrival and departure! Great neighborhood. Safe. Ran every morning and felt comfortable doing so. Greeted outside by unit neighbor and what was so nice! Very appreciative of this host!

Very clean, great place! FYI - the front door opens directly into the bottom bedroom of this stacked unit. It was fine for us, but could be an issue for other familes.

The downstairs guest bedroom can be entered directly through the front door as noted, however, the first floor can be entered directly from the garage bypassing entrance into this guest bedroom. A guest occupying this first floor guest bedroom can be assured privacy by utilizing the room darkening curtains and privacy lock on the exterior door and by locking the interior door to the bedroom.

Nice trip.

Coordination with property manager was excellent. Very comfortable and well appointed property. Only issue was some issues w/ cleaning. One bed hadn't had sheets changed and found some used dishes. Seems to have been rushed on prior check out. Otherwise, a great place, and would stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Absolutely perfect. The condo was a 10min walk to downtown. Just down the block are great restaurants and bars. Just west of the condo were amazing homes to view on evening walks. Management was very informative. I received a text and email if any work was being performed outside of the rental (window cleaning). It really worked out well with the multi-level arrangement. Everybody had space to unwind at the end of the day. The kitchen was great as well with everything we needed to make meals while enjoying the NCAA tournament.

Great experience!

We stayed here for 5 nights while vacationing in San Antonio. The property itself was perfect for us. The location is great and safe. We were able to walk to many destinations and restaurants, morning and night. You can enter the property in 2 ways, through the downstairs bedroom or from the garage. The middle floor had a spacious seating area, a large dining area and wonderful kitchen. Also loved that the middle floor had a bathroom and laundry closet. The top third floor had 2 bedrooms each with their our bathrooms and another laundry closet. Plenty of closets throughout the home. I would only point out 2 things people should be aware of when booking. First, there are a lot of stairs. This did not bother us at all, but I can see it being an issue for some people. Second, you can hear the trains at night and through out the day. This is not the condos fault. I would assume anywhere you stay in this location it would be an issue. Again after the first night, we were able to sleep through it and it did not really affect us. I highly recommend this property. We loved it!

I always enjoy a city stay in a walkable part of town (which this is), but it’s also great to have a tree filled view. Overnight can’t expect both, but hi do get it here! No neighbor noise and plenty of space made for a happy stay for all of us.

Exceptional 5-Star stay!

The style of a 5-Star hotel with the flexibility of a 3 bedroom home in addition to exceptional and hard to find amenities (king beds, large screen TV’s, and private baths for all three bedrooms). My favorite San Antonio stay.

Awesome house

The house was immaculate. I also appreciated all of the extra clean towels. The bed linens we’re very nice and the beds were very comfy. If you like a very clean home with nice furnishings this house is for you. I am very picky and would totally stay at this house again! It was really nice!

Great property

Great communication from start to finish of this rental. Property was in perfect order on arrival, with great amenities. River walk, Alamo, and restaurants all within walking distance. Other sites were within easy drives. Only difficulty was that our large vehicle did not fit in the garage, but parking right outside unit was still convenient and not on the street. Highly recommend this property for your San Antonio stay.
