Hi Jose, I'm really glad you liked the place and I'm sorry if you felt a little unwelcome. I make it a policy not to greet people, generally everyone is very happy with that, but I appreciate it might have been nice to say hi. I'm sorry that Jaime, who was helping me in the holiday, didn't seem to know her way around the place, but I think she easily located the thermostat when you asked! As for the check-out list, sorry again you felt it was intrusive. I really only ask you to set the dishwasher going and take the trash out to make sure I don't get the odd terrible guest who leaves the place in total chaos. I can remove that request if it grates unnecessarily, it is not my intention! Finally, sorry I couldn't let you check out later, but we had someone coming in straight after, who had requested early check in in advance! I simply cannot please everyone as I am sure you are aware from being in the business. I do however take your comments seriously and will try to be more accommodating and available in the future.
