Entrance opening onto terrace,
Main room with open kitchen, sofa bed,
Separate sleeping area, bunk beds,
Shower room with shower and toilet.

Equipment: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, TV, wifi etc ...
Access to the swimming pool (9 x 5m), from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The use of the swimming pool is shared with the owners.
No vis-à-vis, neither on the terrace nor on the swimming pool area.
Ideal for family of 4. Extra bed possible (baby).
Baby equipment available on request (cot, high chair).
Basic necessities provided (for cooking and maintenance)
Animal not admitted
Non-smoking apartment
The cleaning at the end of the stay must be done by the tenant.
Arrival is possible on weekdays, depending on the availlability. PLease contact me;
Deposit: 400 € returned at the end of the stay subject to damage, breakage, cleaning etc ...)
