It was our pleasure to let be able to allow you to preview Sandy Shanty over the summer Kristine and we are so glad you stayed there when you returned this fall. We do hope you'll return next year as we are redecorating; Sandy Shanty will be even more beautiful after the first of the year. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay, especially regarding the hot tub, musty smell, and mold. It's concerning to hear that the property manager did not respond to your concerns in a timely manner, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We will address the issues with the hot tub and grill to ensure they are properly maintained. Additionally, we will investigate the mold situation and the broken blinds to prevent this from happening in the future. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we take your comments seriously. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to improve your experience should you decide to stay with us again.

We are truly sorry that you had such trouble with the hot tub, especially as it was an important part of your trip. The pool and spa work on a brand new, state of the art system that is run by a sophisticated computer. We regret that our instructions were apparently not detailed enough, although we have had success with them thus far. As a result, we have added additional information to the spa instructions and have also installed the app on our iPhones so that we can control the system remotely for guests if they run into similar issues. Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely hope you'll visit Sandy Shanty, IOP and Charleston again.

I do apologize if housekeeping missed anything, and we have a pre-arrival service who blows off the porches, pool area and cleans the grill between guests. We appreciate your note so that we can improve and please let us know next time so that we can send the cleaners to fix anything missed.
