This is an incredible property perfectly situated for beach enjoyment. I only gave 4 stars overall due to presence of carpenter ants mainly in the kitchen/living/dining room areas.

Our House was an amazing place for our family of seven adults and two toddlers to stay! The check-in process was a breeze - The management team sent me an email with the door entry code and instructions for the dishwasher, clothes washing machine, trash pickup, etc. When we arrived, the house was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and bedroom linens. The view of the beach is beautiful, and access to the beach is very easy, over a short boardwalk. There is a large open parking area that will accommodate several vehicles. We would recommend Our House to all our friends.

It was very clean and perfect size for our family of 8 Great for our dogs too. The private boardwalk to the beach was so ideal to come and go so easily. We had a couple calls requiring maintenance and they were very friendly ,prompt, efficient and helpful. Thank you

Fantastic home and is located within walking distance of anything you could need while at the beach. There were only a few minor issues in the home: the television in the living room has an issue with the screen, one of the fridges did not work, and the blinds nee to be replaced. This did not affect our stay overall and would happily book again.

Our House Review

Prickett is amazing and the house and service are fantastic. This house is a great beach vacation house, and we love coming here every year because of the tremendous location. My gripes with this house are essentially all cosmetic. The main tv was broken - about 1/5th of the screen on the right side was completely black. The mattresses are so incredibly soft that you basically sink into them. The sink handle in one of the upstairs bathrooms was broken. The chandelier above the table looks like it is hanging at an angle.

Just right for our family

We loved the home - it accommodated all of our adult children, their spouses, and five grandchildren—just enough space without having to use the hide-a-bed. We have a few items that we strongly recommend for an excellent stay, but we can share those privately via email if someone would like to contact me.

Great locations and house layout

House location and access to the beach was fantastic. House layout was perfect for a large group of people. We loved the double refrigerators and under counter ice machine. View of beach and access directly from our deck to beach was great.

Perfect house for family getaway

The house was perfect for our family getaway. Each room having its own bathroom is a plus. The location of the house is great. Maybe having another sofa in the den would be nice but other than that, everything worked out perfect for us.
