Espace Cosmos - An original disco gîte ...

The Cosmos space is one of the oldest buildings in the village of Juseret. The place is warm and stylishly equipped for organizing a peaceful stay. The origin of the name comes from an old activity as a café-discotheque.

In the heart of the Ardennes, Juseret is a small, quiet village with a wood on the edge of the village.

Located in the heart of the village, Espace Cosmos is much more than a gîte: it is a reception house, a place for retirement, relaxation, gastronomy, conviviality, friendship… built of stone from the country.

With its 7 bedrooms, Espace Cosmos can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people. The relationship with travelers is based on trust and respect. On this principle we have lovingly decorated it with objects that we appreciate.

For the tranquility of the village and respect for the place, the organization of student parties, bachelor parties is not allowed.

A service charge (water-heating-electricity): based on consomption index
-Bed linen rental: € 10 per person (optional)
-Bath towel rental: 6 € person (optional)
-Wood consumption: 10 eur per net (optional)
-Cleaning 250 eur (compulsory)
-Extra supplement of 30 eur per dog
-a deposit of 500 eur is requested and reimbursed within one week on your bank account after deduction of the rental of lines and sheets and energy charges.

2 INPUTS on the street front:
1 entrance hall with cloakroom
1 utility room with washing machine, 2nd dishwasher, dryer, 3 door bar fridge, food storage space.
In summer possible to shelter bikes, etc.
Possibility to park several cars outside or to use the parking area as a play area (basketball, table tennis, ...)

GROUND FLOOR :

Equipment: 3 fondue sets (12 p.) + Blender + senseo, toaster, mixer-robot, ...
1 living room with wood insert and 12 p leather sofas
A large terrace (with barbecue) and enclosed garden (swing, pétanque field, table tennis, volleyball, badminton. The land can accommodate tents.
Large "Fleur" room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed possible on prior request.

1ST FLOOR :
2 Bathrooms including a wc + separate wc, 3 sinks, a bathtub and 2 shower cubicles
"Plume" bedroom: 1 double bed separable into 2 single beds
"Music" room: 1 double bed separable into 2 single beds
"Sun" room (for children and adolescents): 1 bunk bed + on the mezzanine 2 single beds convertible into double.
Large "snail" room: 1 double bed + 1 single bed possible on prior request.

-A large room - old dance floor ;-) - versatile that can be used as a games room, meditation, class or video projection.
-Large mezzanine of 20 m2 with billiards and cozy corner
-Small mezzanine with elliptical trainer

2nd FLOOR in the attic:
"Rabbit" bedroom: 1 double bed separable into 2 single beds
"Cat" room: 1 double bed separable into 2 single beds

What will be available to you in the gîte:
- Dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sponges, trash bags, etc.
-Vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, spices,…
-Powder for washing machine.
-Home maintenance products.
-A cot for young children.
-A changing board.
-Soap in the bathroom.
-Toilet paper.
- Quilts and cushions
-Bed linen (duvet cover (220 * 240) and pillowcases (50x50) are MANDATORY.
You can bring your own bed linen or rent it.
Ditto for the bath towels.

Dimensions of the duvets: 7 duvets of 240 x 220 (or on request 150x200).

Bed linen and towels are washed after each rental.

The large spaces make it a welcoming place from which we no longer want to leave. For your comfort we have placed particular emphasis on comfortable bedding and complete equipment. Mainly intended for families, sportsmen, nature lovers, ... the layout is also designed for professional greening.
A room on the ground floor is suitable for seniors.

Our 4-legged friends are also welcome.

Located 10 minutes from Neufchâteau, 15 km from Libramont and 20 km from Bastogne. The environment is conducive to the practice of walking, running or cycling.
Table tennis, basketball, badminton, volleyball, pétanque, ... are sports activities with available infrastructure.
