Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen, unser neu renoviertes Strandhaus genauso zu lieben wie wir! Wir sind versteckt im maritimen Wald mit seinen schönen lebenden Eichen, aber nur eine 2-minütige Golfwagenfahrt vom fabelhaften South Beach entfernt. Der große Gemeinschaftspool ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wir haben einen brandneuen 6-Personen Golfwagen für Sie bereit, um die Insel zu erkunden! Unser Haus bietet Platz für 8 Gäste bequem. Unsere erste Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils neuen Kingsize-Betten und angrenzenden Bädern. Der zweite Stock hat ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten (offen zum ersten Stock) und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen neuen Flachbild-Samsung-Smart-TV. Wir haben viele Fahrräder, Liegestühle, Strandspielzeug und einen Regenschirm für unsere Gäste. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher (einschließlich Strandtücher) sind inklusive. Wir bieten auch Seife, Shampoo, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Papiertücher, Toilettenpapier usw. an. Wir sind stolz darauf, ein sauberes, schönes Zuhause für unsere Gäste zu haben! Wenn Sie Bald Head Island noch nie erlebt haben, werden Sie es lieben! Wir sind eine Barriereinsel ohne Brücke, die es super privat und ein Paradies für Naturliebhaber macht! Happy first timers!

This was a great house and perfect for our first time on Bald Head Island (hopefully not our last - we fell in love with the place). The house was amazingly clean for being so near the beach - I would love to know the secret to no sand). Very spacious for a family of 4, with everything we needed to enjoy the island. The week was very hot and the house was a cool mid-day refuge with great AC and the pool. The carts and the bikes made getting around very easy, such a great thing to have access to during the stay. The check-in process is so streamlined and Shanna was really easy to get in touch with - so responsive. The perfect mix of available, helpful and uncomplicated. We are so grateful to have been able to rent your little paradise for a week. Thank you!

The house was advertised just as it was presented. It was clean and had enough rooms and bathrooms for my family. We opted to eat out for most meals bc the kitchen was tiny. It had everything you needed stocked for you but I need a bigger space if I’m going to be cooking dinners. The primary bed was comfy and the king size was what we were used to so we appreciated that. We enjoyed the golf cart rides to the clubs, getting coffee every morning, and just cruising around. Next time we may choose to stay on the beach end of the island rather than the wooded part of the island , totally different feel , both with pros and cons. Overall, it was a complete delight.

Perfect summer stay in a very relaxing location!

First of all the house is exactly as pictured and incredibly clean and well maintained. The property manager was SO responsive. The pack and play was broken when we arrived and the owner/manager got us a new one delivered right away. The house came with everything we could have needed. Board games, bikes, seasonings, tin foil even a shabumi and spike ball! The location was very convenient and we didn’t think it was a problem being a bit away from the beach as there was always plenty of parking at the beach access points and the golf carts made it easy to get everywhere. The community pool is directly across from the front door which was great since the bald head club was packed the two times we went so we used the community pool instead and often had the whole thing to ourselves. At max there was only ever one other family there. We would absolutely return and everything was fantastic!

Relaxing getaway

From check in to check out, the process was stress-free. The property had everything that we needed during our stay (beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, bug spray, beach towels, etc). The kitchen was well stocked and the home was beautifully decorated. Lots of towels and comfy beds! We had a wonderful, relaxing trip and can’t wait to go back!

Cute house. Plants needed trimming off lower steps. Lower steps need replacing, well furnished except there was no can opener. Nice quiet location almost a recluse. Overall, a good choice to stay.

Great Property

Great property for a family. The home is clean, nicely appointed and well kept. It had everything we needed, plus a couple of nice surprises, like the Shibumi beach umbrella. Both golf carts were in great shape. The community pool is just across the street and very nice. Overall, the location is in the center of the island and pretty close to everything. The property manager is super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends vacation

This was our first time on Bald Head Island but hopefully not our last. This house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well equipped, and beautiful. The two golf carts worked out great and the pool was super convenient. Thank you for a great experience!

Great place to stay on BHI!

This was the perfect place to stay on BHI! The house is beautiful and convenient to the beach/grocery store. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The house was also well stocked with supplies, beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, etc, all of which made our stay there easy and convenient. The neighborhood pool (located right by the house) was wonderful as well. Highly recommend this rental!

Amazing Island

Shanna was super accommodating and helpful. I’ve never had a property owner respond so quickly to inquiries. The cottage was updated, well appointed and perfect for our family. We will definitely recommend to others and plan on returning ourselves soon!

Amazing home and homeowner!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The property was super clean, in great condition, very well appointed and in a great central location with a nice pool right outside the front door! Shanna is amazingly accommodating and responsive. The 2 6 person golf carts were awesome and worked perfectly for our party of 7. I would highly recommend this property and owner! Lovely cottage in the forest

This beautiful home was all that we hoped it would be and more. Everything was super clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The 6 person golf cart made it an easy drive to all locations on the island and enabled us to bring along beach chairs, a cooler, etc. Shanna was a great source of information about BHI and very responsive to all my questions. We hope to come back one day!

Beautiful home in family friendly neighborhood

Took our large family to BHI for a quick weekend and this house didn’t disappoint. Not only was the home beautiful, comfortable and well equipped for children of all ages but Shanna was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would come back and recommend this rental to our friends for the future. Added bonus was the neighborhood the home was in. It was quiet and safe with tons of young kids. My children ventured into the common area for hours at a time and made lifelong friends in our short weekend getaway. We definitely will return and strongly recommend.

Wonderful BHI experience!!

23 Ibis Roost was an amazing first-time BHI rental experience! Centrally located and so easy to access everything on the island! Shanna was so great to work with--extremely quick and thorough communication! Her house has everything you need--the fact that beach towels, chairs, bikes, and golf cart are all there makes such a nice difference when traveling to Bald Head. The house is beautifully decorated and continuously upgraded. Relaxing, disconnected week that was long overdue and could not have been better!
