Dieses komplett renovierte zweistöckige Haus am Wasser mit 4 Schlafzimmern bietet von jedem Zimmer aus Seeblick. Ausgestattet mit zwei Kajaks, Paddle Board und anderen schwimmenden See Spielzeug und Liegestühlen für Pier. Feuerstelle für s'mores. Hängematte. Riesige, sauber abgeschirmte Veranda. Zwei Decks mit jeweils Essgarnituren. Kamin im Familienzimmer.
Das Haus verfügt über 4 große Schlafzimmer, alle mit neuen Matratzen und Teppichboden. Die Einzelheiten der Betten sind wie folgt: Schlafzimmer 1: Hauptschlafzimmer-Suite mit gewölbten Decken mit Seeblick von zwei Seiten, Kingsize-Bett, Hauptbadezimmer mit gewölbter Decke, Deckenventilator und Dachfenster, HDTV , großer Schrank und Glasschiebetüren zum Deck mit Blick auf den See. Schlafzimmer 2: King Room verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Seeblick von zwei Seiten, Glasschiebetüren zur überdimensionalen, abgeschirmten Veranda, Deckenventilator, HDTV und einen Schrank. Schlafzimmer 3: Bunk Room verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten (also insgesamt vier Einzelbetten), ein riesiges Panoramafenster auf der einen Seite und Schiebetüren auf der anderen Seite, alle mit Seeblick und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Schlafzimmer 4: Das Loft bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Paw Paw Lake, ein ausziehbares Bett mit zwei Twin-Size-Matratzen, einen Schrank und einen Sichtschutz. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Heim über eine Luftmatratze in voller Größe und eine Luftmatratze in Doppelgröße, beide mit Bettwäsche.
Es gibt viele Fenster und Beleuchtung im ganzen Haus. Das Familienzimmer bietet Seeblick, HDTV, einen Schnitt, einen Kamin und Schiebetüren zur abgeschirmten Veranda.
Es gibt drei komplett renovierte Badezimmer in voller Größe.
Das große Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und die Küche sind Teil des offenen Grundrisses mit gewölbten Decken und Seeblick. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen HD-Fernseher, einen Schnitt- und einen Sitzbereich mit übergroßen Panoramafenstern. Der große Speisesaal bietet Platz für 10. Beide haben Glasschiebetüren, die auf das 45 'lange Deck hinausragen, das zum See zeigt. Das Deck verfügt über eine Terrasse für 7 Personen und einen Grill. Es gibt Deckenventilatoren und Fenster im ganzen Haus für diese Seebrise. Die Küche hat neue Schränke, Arbeitsplatten und alle neuen Geräte. Das Haus hat alle neuen Fußböden. Es gibt eine zweite große Außenterrasse neben der Küche mit einer Terrasse für 7 Personen. Dieses Deck ist dem Hügel hinter dem Haus zugewandt. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen Kamin, HDTV, Seeblick und Glasschiebetüren auf die abgeschirmte Veranda. Die riesige, abgeschirmte Veranda verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke und einen Tischfußball und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Es gibt eine angebaute 2-1 / 2-Garage und ausreichend Parkplätze (es gibt auch einen gepflasterten Bereich an der Seite des Hauses, in dem ein Bootsanhänger untergebracht werden kann).

A wonderful family get-away

We loved the property, there are so many great attributes from the spectacular lake views and lake access, to comfort and functionality. Ours' was a short stay and first time on Paw Paw Lake. The host provided great communication and was very accommodating. We loved our visit and hope to return again.

Paw Paw-fect

Three generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious, with wonderful indoor and outdoor living spaces, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, etc. There is a trove of lake toys, towels and deck chairs made available to guests. We rented a pontoon boat one day which was fun. But, with the house situated right on the lake, we made the best memories swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, lounging on rafts and hanging out on the sizeable pier during the day, and playing games on the outdoor deck and sharing leisurely family dinners in the evening. The trip was a hit!

Excellent! We will rent again.

House was great! Views can’t be beat! Had everything we needed. Only thing I, with scent sensitivity and allergies, would change is using only unscented laundry detergents and softeners for everything laundered. Excellent location, secure dock to keep our rented pontoon boat, lots of fun amenities like pickle ball set and plenty of parking. Deb is very kind and helpful. We can’t wait to stay again! Great Girls Weekend at the Lake

Our group of college friends comes from all over to get together each year. This year we chose Michigan and we were thrilled to find this delightful lake house. We were a group of 8 and the house was spacious with several gathering spaces for our large group. The screened-in porch was a great place to spend the evenings free of bugs and great view of the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and really enjoyed exploring the lake. The dock was perfectly situated and there was plenty of parking for our group. The house was comfortable and had a way of transporting you into vacation mode. We enjoyed the house very much! The only damper on our weekend was the rain that basically hung around the whole weekend, but that's the chance you take on a weekend in Michigan!

Awesome property right on the lake!

Our family which consists of two adult children, their significant others, and our infant granddaughter had a lovely time. This property is very clean, nicely decorated, lots of space and great views of the lake. Games, tvs, puzzles, kayaks, etc were available for our use as well as a dock. Deb was gracious and supplied above and beyond what most rentals supply, things like paper products, shampoo, soap, trash bags etc. we didn’t need to buy any of those types of things for our stay. Deb was friendly, timely with all communication and answered all our questions. The location on the lake is great and the lake was wonderful. We hope to return again sometime in the future!

Second time around was as amazing as the first!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property on Paw Paw Lake and we have already booked another visit next summer. The house is clean, the decorating is updated and fresh and the view of the lake is beautiful. There's lots of room to spread out, or like our group of 8, dining together on the deck overlooking the lake. Plenty of shopping, wine & brewery tours for when we leave the property. Deb, the host is quick to respond to messages and has been great to work with. Five stars all around!

This property is absolutely fantastic! We were in the area for a family wedding. The property by the lake is beautiful and everyone had a great time enjoying the water and lovely home! Rarely does a property live up to its hype online, this property exceeded all expectations... it was PERFECT!!! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Our kids even fished off the pier and caught fish! The owner promptly answered all questions and was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this lake house to anyone traveling to this area.

My cousins and I have talked for years about returning to Paw Paw Lake where we used to visit as children many years ago. Our dream finally came true, and we could not have picked a more perfect place—fabulous location, fabulous views, gorgeous home! It’s rare when you arrive at the home and it’s better in person than the photos. This home is a perfect lake home cottage. There are beautiful views from every room which allows you to enjoy amazing sunsets and everything was updated, clean and very easy. Lot’s of garage and porch space and easy to get in and out. Amazing property

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Owner was fantastic to work with and receptive to our questions. Beautiful home right on the lake. Kayaks, inflatables, life jackets all available. Rented a boat and no issues with docking it. Plenty of kitchen utensils to cook and grill our own food. Beds were very comfortable. Games and foosball table were big hits with our kids. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Everything you want in a lake house and more!

The home is absolutely perfect for a family getaway! Interior is gorgeously decorated and was incredibly clean when we arrived. There is a very well-stocked, full kitchen. We cooked several big meals with ease and had everything we needed. There is a full grocery store only 5 min away. The beds are all incredibly comfortable with high-end linens, pillows and towels. Lots of large seating areas both inside and out for relaxing and spending time together and sharing meals. Rooms are very spacious with gorgeous flooring and thick, comfortable carpet with high-end carpet pad in all bedrooms. All bathrooms are updated and the spiral stairs leading to the loft area with the trundle bed was perfect for kids who didn't want to be on the lower level by themselves. Tweens or teens will love the lower level that allows for privacy and space separate from the larger group if desired. We only had 4 total people (2 adults and 2 kids) but easily could have fit 4 more without anyone feeling cramped. Lake views are abundant from every room on all 3 levels with amazing natural light! We loved that it was on an interior, quiet lake and only a short, 15 min drive from South Haven. We had coffee and breakfast on the deck every morning and watched nature and the world quietly arise in the most peaceful, serene setting. The pictures of the home are amazing but still don't do it justice! So many extras for family fun (cornhole, fishing poles...caught lots of fish right off the dock, fire pit, board games, etc.) It was too chilly for us to use the kayaks or paddleboard but they were also there and available. We want to come back to enjoy this home again in the summer! Hosts were incredibly responsive and helped with questions about the area before arrival. Contactless entry (keypad on door with numeric code so no key needed). Large garage and having use of the garage door opener was very convenient. There is also additional parking on the driveway for multiple vehicles. Kitchen is on the upper level so have to climb stairs with groceries. Not a big deal if no mobility issues. Would be challenging to enjoy the upper level if stairs were a difficulty for a guest. Also, beautiful and spacious bathrooms but all have only showers. No bathtubs. Again, no big deal if not traveling with small ones who don't like showers or with older guests who aren't comfortable having to stand in a shower. We will come stay again without question!!

Can’t wait to return

We were 2 couples celebrating our anniversaries in the midst of a pandemic. The photos just don’t do it justice. The VIEW!! Beautiful! We had more than enough room for the 4 of us. It was very clean and very well stocked. Deb answered any question I asked and the process from beginning to end was easy and smooth. I’m looking forward to returning when the weather is a bit warmer. Don’t hesitate to book if ur thinking about it.

Couldn't Have Been More Perfect!

Our family has stayed in many houses that we have rented through VRBO over the years, and this house is right up there with the best! Not only is it a gorgeous home that is beautifully decorated, but it is also super clean--something that made all of us feel so comfortable during this stressful time. Deb, the owner, provides so many "extras" both inside her home and outside, and her care and concern for her guests is obvious. Communicating with her was easy with very quick response times to any questions that we had about her home and the area. We loved relaxing on the large deck as well as sitting around the fire pit in the evening when the temperatures cooled a bit. We rented a pontoon boat and also took advantage of the owner's offer of the kayaks, paddle board, and noodles. Our stay at Paw Paw Lake was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this property if you're considering a trip to the area!

We'll be back! Beautiful, clean property on the water. Host was very easy to work with.

This beautiful lake front property was the perfect fit for our extended family getaway. The house was one of the cleanest that I've every stayed at and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Down to fresh soap and shampoo/conditioner in the shower and lush bath towels. We also took advantage of the yard games, paddleboard (1), Kayaks (2) and floats that they host made available to us. The highlight for us was lakefront view from the deck off the kitchen/dining room. We ate all of our meals out there and stayed there to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There were 8 women in our group ranging in age from 33 to 83. A few notes to be aware of is that entry is on the lower level, so you do need to carry groceries up a flight of stairs. The handrail is a decorative rope, which doesn't provide much stability for older or impaired people. For a group our size we did need to sleep in bunk beds and the 3rd floor dormer area. The stairs up to the 3rd floor sleeping area is a narrow spiral staircase. There are also 2 air mattresses. Deb, the property host was very easy to work. This was a perfect fit for our group, we plan to be back!

Beautiful home on Paw Paw Lake.

The house is beautifully decorated and is very roomy. Every window has a view of the lake. My only complaint is that it is not safe for kids under 5. The outdoor railing is too low and the spacing between the vertical bars is too far apart. My 2 year-old granddaughter could have slip through. Beautiful house on a beautiful lake

Deb’s property is absolutely beautiful. The house itself is beautifully designed and decorated. It’s clear that entertainment and fun were in mind when this house was created! So much space to hang out indoors and out. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with Deb was easy and an AC issue was resolved very quickly. Thanks Deb, I hope to come back to Paw Paw some day!

Paw Paw Resort

Upon walking in the home felt so spacious. The decor is not too beachy and very classy. We spent most of our time on the deck off the dining area. Loved the hammock! The deck was spacious and held all of our coolers and still had room for all of us. Loved the small touches like white matching towels, shampoo and conditioner and body cream. Overall a5 star stay!

Wonderful spot on PawPaw Lake

The Finn's home is beautifully appointed with all the amenities needed for a lake getaway. The three generations of my family all thoroughly enjoyed the home and lake. Hope to come back again. Thanks Deb for sharing your home. Jan F

The home has lake views from every room, plenty of natural light as well as privacy from neighboring homes. The home has 95' of private lake frontage and a large pier for swimming or relaxing. The sunsets over the lake are best viewed from the enormous deck.
