Great location

We enjoyed our stay! Great location across from Lake Michigan, very clean, comprehensive & quick communication with owner, dog friendly, & plenty of bedrooms including one on the first floor.

Location is perfect

Sitting on the front porch watching the world go by cannot be beat. The view of the lake is spectacular. One warning: the bedroom door latches may stick so it's best to leave the doors ajar rather than latching them at night.

Fantastic

The view, lake access, comfort of the home. The owners thought of everything. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, game, coffee, and the porch and outside seating were awesome. Would definitely recommend for any type from small Children to groups. The only thing is all the rooms are upstairs. I’m handicapped so I slept on the couch and used the handicap accessible bathroom downstairs.

Christmas at the Lake

We came back home to Racine over Christmas to visit our kids & family. The hosts had a Christmas tree there for us; it was great! Easy communication with them. Beds were comfortable & enough space for everyone! We came when it was freezing cold & unfortunately the baseboard heater in 1st floor bath wasn’t working so that created a little inconvenience. The kitchen was well stocked, however, there were numerous junk drawers/cupboards; would recommend cleaning those out so there is space for other useful things. Overall, a great visit!

Wonderful location and hosts

I highly recommend the beach house if you're looking for a place on the lake. The hosts were great, responding very quickly to any questions or issues. They even dropped off a bunch of flashlights when a storm knocked out power to the whole neighborhood one night. The house has lots of bedrooms and was very comfortable. The hosts provide so many extras, including all the beach supplies you could need (chairs, towels, large beach blanket and a wagon to carry it all). There are lots of supplies for families (high chair, baby gate, pack and plays, extra cots and bedding). The location is perfect, right across from the beach. You can watch the water from the comfortable porch with the nice breeze that's usually coming off the lake. There are several places to eat and drink and two parks, all within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay.

Beach ready

We really appreciated all the beach towels, chairs, toys and noodles, and especially appreciated the beach wagon to convey said amenities to the beach. We also appreciated all the spices, paper towels and storage bags in the kitchen. And there were plenty enough towels for our family of 6. The WiFi was robust enough for us to watch streaming while several people were on devices. My granddaughter called dibs on the beautiful front bedroom with the giant picture window overlooking the lake and wasn’t happy when I overruled her. But my favorite part of the house was the front porch. I had breakfast there every morning and sat there reading when it rained. It was so beautiful and relaxing.

Family Vacation 7/17 - 7/22 2023

It was wonderful. Everything we needed and BONUS a for us that the entire 6 days had absolutely perfect weather. Many enjoyed the beach. I spent most of my time in the beautiful cover porch, visiting with my adult daughters . Only drawback for me and for my husband, the STAIRS, killed us.🤣. We took care of that by being sure we had everything we needed for the day when we came downstairs. Otherwise, that’s what grandchildren were for. ❤️. Kyle is super accommodating. We will be looking at some of his other properties for future visits. One with NO a stairs or at least a lower bedroom. Family is growing we need a big space.

Host thought of everything for an enjoyable stay!

Rented for a family stay in the area to attend a baby shower. The hosts thought of everything ! Fully stocked coffee bar, basics for infant care (pack and play, baby monitor and utensils). The property was spotless and the house is ohhh so charming. Will definitely rent again !

Can't beat the location!!! Great lake views and accessability

This house is located right in front of lake Michigan and has easy access to the beach. You do have a road in front of the house, but the traffic was minimal while we were there. They have conveniently left alot of beach towels and children's toys for usage. It was a pleasant surprise. The overall living spaces were tidy, the kitchen and bathrooms clean. I didn't give 5 stars only for two main reasons, the downstairs shower is very moldy and there is a plethora of cobwebs in the usual places. But overall I considered it to be clean and tidy. The hosts were excellent communicators and offer alot of tips for activities and restaurants.

Great time at Lake Michigan Beach House

We had a great time at Kyle and Aaron's beach house. Location was great, right across the street from the beach. The house overall was nice and a good size for our extended family. Kyle and Aaron had great communication and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Location and House!

We had a wonderful time at the Beach House! We stayed there while visiting family for Christmas, and although it was winter and quite cold outside, the house was warm and cozy, and we even spent a lot of time walking on the beach and looking out the windows at the amazing lake view! Even during winter, you will still have plenty to enjoy from the location! And the area was safe and quiet, and there are plenty of great restaurants around, as well as cool shops nearby in the downtown area. The fenced in backyard was very nice and secure also. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including washer and dryer and a great full kitchen. Kyle and Aaron are great, professional hosts and make sure everything is ready when you arrive. I highly recommend staying here anytime of the year, and the next time I visit my family I will book here again or at one of their other properties in the area!
