We really enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable and quite and we were able to come and go without issue. We were mainly visiting family outside of the city limits. If you are doing more within the city, this place is a real find.

Great stay

The property was very clean. It was comfortable and located on a safe, quiet street. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Denver. The Public Market which has a lot of dining options is just a few minutes drive. The back yard is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Couldn’t have been happier with our first trip to Denver and the stay! Property was amazing, super clean, great neighborhood, and gorgeous backyard! Close to walk to some cool places for dinner and drinks or coffee and a quick Uber to everywhere else. Al was great, helpful, and super responsive. We went out to go to Red Rocks which was amazing and already looking for our next concert and will definitely stay here again!!

Very Nice!

Completely remodeled inside. Wife was very impressed! Nice patio area behind the house to relax after a long day. Location was perfect for us. Seemed to be close to everything. Also close to mile high stadium if you're going to a game. Al was very responsive to any questions we had. Great little place!

Denver Weekend Trip

The rental is in the back of another house/rental. It has been fixed up really nice and has everything you need. My buddy and I stayed there for a Red Rocks concert and that was a short 1/2 hour ride. We were hardly at the rental as we did excursions every day and traveled the area. All in all, it was a nice stay and nice property.

Great place, perfect for 3

There were 3 of us that came to town to see some shows, one at red rocks, one downtown. This location was great because it was in the center of the 2. Check in was a cake walk, Al promptly gave the code upon text when we got in. The house was spotless when we got in, and had everything we needed. Al responded promptly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place in Denver area.

Winona Court stay

The property is clean and quiet. The process to check in and check out is straight forward. The appointments, such as bathroom vanity and shower, kitchen cabinets, and sink are new. The back patio and flower gardens were so colorful and beautiful. We found this rental to be functional for us, as our daughter lives nearby. I’d like to contact the owner regarding possible improvements to the stay.

Great backyard patio!

This property has been fully renovated and is spotless. The location was perfect for us to visit family in the neighborhood. Even though the backyard is shared, we never saw the renter from the other side of the duplex. The front and back outside lights have motion detectors which are a nice security feature. We will stay here again if it is available the next time we visit Denver. Wish there was a way to post the outside patio flowers.

Awesome Vacation Stay

The house was in a nice and quiet residential area. The neighbors that we met were friendly. The house was updated as described and the location was very convient. Check in and out was very easy and worked. There was a garden/sitting area in the back yard that was beautifully maintained with plants, trees and flowers everywhere. It was also private. The living room furniture was new and comfortableas were the beds. THe kitchen was very well done and pretty new. Everything worked! It was nice to have a convience location and a comfortable place for being a tourist in Colorado. I would rent this again!

Nice stay overall

Nice stay overall. Quiet area, although there was some homelessness and run down property on the street as you got closer to Colfax - a bit unnerving to walk in the evenings. We did walk and scooter around, though, and did not have any problems. There was going to be an open house at the property so there were individuals around the property looking around and preparing which was a bit off putting. A heads up on that would have been appreciated, as we felt odd sitting outside while they were there. We really appreciated the quick responses from the host.

Not a bad place to stay.

Unit was nice but surrounding neighborhood was not the best. Too close to Colfax for my liking. This was really just a place for us to sleep since we were visiting family. The portable air conditioner was very loud in the master bedroom. I wish I had found the portable fans before the day of check out. They are hidden away in a closet in the extra bedroom. They would have been helpful to cool down when falling asleep. I wanted to bring my daughter & her hubby to see unit. When notifying Al I was scolded like a school child that the rules stated no parties. I guess my idea of a party and his are different. But it is his place so I complied. I wondered why we had to strip the beds when I paid a cleaning fee. But whatever, beds were stripped, dishes in dishwasher, trash collected and put into large bin outside.

Excellent property

I had a great stay in Denver. The property matched the photos and description - except that the back garden was more magical than the pictures show with lights strung and gorgeous flowers and friendly squirrels. I spent more time in the garden than I expected; it was so peaceful and quiet - remarkable given the location. The location was great - only two blocks from a major through road. The home was within blocks from a movie theater, a Starbucks, a pharmacy, etc. It was easy to access downtown. Most of the time, anything I wanted to get to was just 15 or 20 minutes away. I had never been to Denver and struggled with some elevation sickness. I texted Al about entering the property early and he responded right away with the door code and a statement that all was ready. When I arrived, everything was in great shape and smelled very clean. Another thing I appreciated about communicating with the property owner was that when he accepted my request to book, he sent a detailed note about what his expectations were, how to enter the property, parking, checking out - it was very nice to know in advance what was expected. My only quibble would be he asked that garbage be put in a can on the north side or south side of the house (I cannot remember). Being directionally challenged, I left everything in a can by the back door and only hope that was OK. I would highly recommend this lovely property.

Amazing location, clean and wonderful space!

I cannot say enough great things about the property and Al, the manager. Prompt in response to our (sometimes stupid) questions, accommodating to my disability, and the house was extremely clean. The location was VERY convenient to downtown and other places in Denver - an easy drive or close enough for a cheap Lyft ride. The kitchen had all the amenities for meals we cooked at home AND we were supplied with soap and travel sized shampoo and conditioner. The fenced backyard was private and lovely, even in the blizzard fiasco of 2022 (Al let us stay an extra two days after our flight was cancelled right before Christmas which was immensely helpful and thoughtful). When we travel to Denver again, we’ll 100% be booking! If you visit in the summer, they have a nice garden in the back and you can enjoy fresh things they grow! :)
