Thank you for the 4 STAR review! Hurricaine in 2018 put me a year behind in improvements last off season. If you come this season it will be a guaranteed 5 STAR. I am doing Major Refurbishing this off season with New flooring, New kitchen counters, sinks & cabinets, New bathroom tubs, sinks & vanities, and minor repairs and aesthetic touches throughout: both inside and out. Will be ready March 7, 2020.

Thank you for the good review & helping us keep my place in excellent shape. I always have my, my maintenance guy & my cleaning people's phone numbers posted at the house. We ask all renters to let us know right away so we can fix things ASAP, if anything is noted to need it. The minor items were fixed during this renter's stay and prior to renters coming in on Saturday, our check out/check in day. Thank you for the good review. I am sure it would be a 5/5 if things didn't break while you were there.

Thanks, Rose, for the great review! You should have let me know about the internet speed. I called Spectrum internet & got the speed fixed as soon as the problem was brought to my attention. I did ask you as I ask all renters to call me for any problems, so anything can be fixed as soon as possible. The twin you mentioned has been replaced. Again, had you let me know I would have replaced it immediately. Thank you, Bob Cosgrove

Some people seem to rate my place low no matter how many 5-STAR reviews we receive. The negative exaggeration in this review is remarkable. The bathroom floor upon him letting us know had a board next to the one of the tubs that sagged slightly and needed replacing. It was done the next week. Among dozens of utensils, there were three used on the outside grill which are often left outside in the salt air that were rusty and of course replaced. We replace many kitchen items several times a year and always before the season. The toilet was fixed immediately. The reviewer was absolutely correct in a couple of regards! The location IS GREAT, the best on Emerald Isle in my opinion. And my help and I are VERY responsive to make everyone’s stay the best possible. Bob Cosgrove

Thank you for the feedback Dannette. Couch was in good shape earlier, i think the renter prior or before had damaged it buy their pets. We will look to replace it. And i will advise the cleaning team to organize the kitchen items properly. We heavily rely upon the renters to take care of the house like their own. I will look into these other comments and make sure your next experience is better. thanks again for the feed back.

I'm glad you found it wonderful! The East side was nearly entirely renovated over the winter with new walls, ceilings, flooring, painting, heating & air conditioning, shelves, cabinets, counter tops, and new kitchen appliances except the refrigerator, large sofa and a large island with additional counter space which were on back order when you stayed. Sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the lack of kitchen & dinnerware, a renter prior to you rented both sides and things were moved to the West and not moved back by those renters who are asked to be courteous to people following and replace items so there is an equal amount on both sides. Apparently my cleaning crew did not notice the imbalance. There is more than enough to accommodate 16 people per side. I appreciate the recommendation for griddles and have purchased large ones for both sides. Glad you found it wonderful! With the final things taken care of I'm sure you would find doubly wonderful!
