Very disappointed to learn they had 13 people staying in the house. The reservation was for 2 adults & 2 children. They didn't communicate they were bringing more than the maximum allowed individuals to the home, which is very dishonest. They did leave the home clean & I was pleased with the condition of the home. I would not consider him again for any future reservations.

First & Foremost; Thank you for the nice review on the property. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, safe & enjoyable home for all our guest to experience. Our home is located in a tranquil, quiet residential neighborhood. It's a safe haven for the residents of the community & our out of town guest. However, I too was a bit uncomfortable during your visit. We had clearly communicated prior to your arrival we live next door & would be available if needed. We also communicated the HOUSE RULES(which I feel those rules were not respected by members of your group)& our expectations during your time in the home. I do value your feedback concerning your visit and trust that in the future you will communicate more accurately with any future host so as to "NOT" have communication issues.
