Ein Winterurlaub, der ein gemütliches Gefühl vermittelt, ist nur wenige Schritte von den Pisten am Snow Summit entfernt, ein echtes Ski-In und Ski-Out an einem Pulvertag, ungefähr 150 Meter bis zur Bunny-Piste und ungefähr 200 Meter bis zum Starbucks und Main des Skigebiets Esslokal. Wenn es schneit, genießen Sie Skifahren auf der Rückseite der Wohnung und in den Apartmentkomplex. Im Sommer führt einer der Mountainbike-Pfade von Snow Summit zurück zur Wohnung und befindet sich neben dem Skilift, der Sie und Ihr Fahrrad nach oben bringt. Das Hotel liegt direkt hinter einem ruhigen und friedlichen Campingplatz. Sie haben Zugang zu Hunderten von Mountainbike-Strecken. Kein lästiges Parken im Resort!

Ein offener Grundriss, der Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse mit Propangrill verbindet, ist perfekt für Unterhaltung.

Ein Holzkamin aus Naturstein wird Sie beim Entspannen und Genießen des Kickertisches oder des Mini-Airhockey-Tisches warm halten. Der gemütliche Wohnbereich ist mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa und zwei bequemen Schaukelstühlen ausgestattet, auf denen Sie mit einem Blu-Ray-Player auf dem Flachbildschirm fernsehen können.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen HDMI-kompatiblen Flachbildfernseher mit Blue Ray-Player und Zugang zur Terrasse. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Einzelbetten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Etagenbetten ausgestattet.

The stay was nice, but there was a bat in the house. The previous guest knew because they left a message on the chalkboard. They sent someone to get it, but because of where the bat was located, they were unable to do anything. When I was speaking to animal control, they asked for all my information, including my first and last name and home address because they were going to catch the bat and check it for rabies now that they didn’t. I’m kind of scared.

Great location. It is a stretch to call a closet with an accordion door a bedroom ,that was a disappointment. Also, the cleanliness was quite questionable.

Older, but good place to stay

There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great.

Condo in NOT a three bedroom

This is not a 3 bedroom condo, it is two bedrooms and a nook that they put bunk beds in. The carpets were dirty probably from the winter months and should have been cleaned after the snow season. Otherwise the condo was a great location and had comfortable beds and furniture. Close to everything and quite.

Misleading location and filthy carpets

The name on location very misleading said it was steps from lifts it was not. The carpets were filthy. Black marks everywhere I sent pics to housekeeping no response.

The carpet was the only complaint we received from you. After your stay, we did schedule a carpet cleaner vendor to address the carpets. Nice, relaxed weekend stay

The property is very nice. The house is small but very comfortable and has all the amenities that we were looking for. The check in process unfortunately was not the best experience. The moment I walked up to the window I was told in a very rushed manner the process of checking in. There’s quite a bit of steps you have to take on their device to check in. I asked her to repeat the process, she repeated it again very quickly and immediately called up the next customer in line and ask them for their information to start checking them in. She wasn’t done with me yet! I understand the office wants to get through all the guests in a timely manner but I felt very rushed and frankly pushed out as quickly as possible. Aside from that experience everything else was fine and comfortable. One thing you will want to be prepared for is parking permits. We were not given any for our two cars and after we returned from a day at the slopes, we came back to a parking violation notice on our car. The communication with the office was very good and prompt and they were able to give me instructions on how to get the permits but it would’ve been good to get that during check-in. Otherwise the stay was pleasant, we enjoyed the space.

We will make note on this and address it right away with our management staff, Moreover Big Bear Lake City ordinance limits the number of cars that can park at each property. These are set by the city or county and are non-negotiable. Guests found to be in violation will be subject to immediate eviction, But we are happy that they cooperate with and had good communication and gave proper instructions related to that. Quick Walk to BBMR

We visited BBMR for a weekend of mountain biking. This property was perfect for us. Literally, easier and faster to walk to BBMR than to drive.

Great location and cozy, some cleanliness issues

Had a great stay overall! The location is what really makes this place, and the decor is so cozy and inviting. Fireplace was wonderful to have, and there is easy short access to the slopes. The carpet was very dirty and stained, it very much needs a deep professional cleaning or replacement, and there is a musty odor throughout the home most likely due to age and humidity. The comforters were all quilted, and I often prefer all white bedding including comforters so that I know they have been washed and cleaned. The bathrooms are in good condition, but the 2nd bath is carpeted and that raised another cleanliness issue. We just used the master bath the whole time. The kitchen was very clean and we stocked for cooking and baking! The fireplace was amazing and overall we made great memories. It's just the few cleanliness issues based on our stringent standards. We would likely stay in this condo community again, but maybe a different place!

Dirty feel not cozy feel

This property did not match the overview on VRBO. The place was very dirty and had a bad smell. There was nothing comfortable about it. The positive was the location. It was very convenient being next to Snow Summit.. When we walked in we were shocked at the state of the condo. Dirty carpet, stained pillows, bad smell etc. There are 3 TV’s in the main room, yes 3. We didn’t use any of them because we weren’t going to sit on the dirty couch or floor. One of the TV’s isn’t mounted or on its stand. It literally is just balancing on a narrow table. I tried to text the property manager when we arrived but I included pictures and that didn’t allow my texts to go through. Overall, we were very dissatisfied and disappointed. You couldn’t pay us to stay in this condo again.

Some of the dishes were dirty and one of the TVs was damaged, and other than a musty smell and dirty carpet, it was clean. Absolute perfect location for skiers we had a fabulous day on the slopes and enjoyed the view of the slopes from the balcony.

Great location, comfy place

Nicely equipped condo with well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice rooms. Definitely would rent again.

Great location, average to shabby property, real problems with property management

1) Very excited about our first visit to Big Bear Lake, 2) Put off by the disinterested treatment we received from the Property Management company people at check-in (it wasn't clear the teenager at the desk had either showered or changed clothes in several days, and it was clear he was barely interested in being in the room, let alone assist us) 3) Were not told about the need for a parking permit at the property (ski condos) either in the check-in materials or by the property manager. We were told to talk to the condo property manager, who told us he didn't issue parking permits after 5pm. This with big signs saying non-permitted cars would be towed. 4) Unit was mostly clean, but there were big stains in the carpet at the stairs leading to the upper level - very odd. 5) Everything felt worn and shabby. Must have been a nice unit, once upon a time. 6) Decided to put everything back in the car and head home. 7) VRBO was very responsive to our call and we received a full refund - thank you VRBO! Will double-check what we're renting when/if we try to stay in Big Bear again.

Clean Big Bear Condo close to Village

Easy check in and check out process. Parking is a little ways from the condo itself so don't expect that you will be parked right in front of your rental. Well stocked with the exception of a toaster. Plenty of silverware so we didn't have to constantly do dishes. We would come back to this property, especially during the winter since it's basically right next to Snow Summit.
