2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath, 1 King, 1 Trundle bed (2 twins). Microwave, dishwasher, 2 TV`s, 55-inch tv in living room, above the fireplace. Wireless high speed internet, gas log fireplace, gas BBQ. Nice ocean view, great deck, lots of light and only about a minute or less, to the beach! Entry level is from downstairs. Upstairs is the main part of the house which is the living room, dining area, half bathroom and kitchen. The deck is off the living room and directly faces the ocean. The downstairs consists of the two bedrooms and one full bathroom in between the bedrooms.
*Please note, the front bedroom is two levels with a step down, inside the doorway.*

1-2 People: $225/Night
3-4 People: $300/Night
-Please remember you are in a residential neighborhood, so noise should be kept to a discreet level, especially in the evenings.
-No smoking on premises
-Parking is strictly in the driveway. On-street parking is not allowed.
-Turn off all outside lighting when you retire for the evening.
-Do not change settings for internet or TV
-Make sure to do a final walk-through before departure, making sure you have left nothing behind.
