Spread out and relax in your multilevel Waterville Valley getaway. The three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms provide you and your guests the privacy and amenities to get comfortable. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all the cookware needed for your meals together. Wifi, local cable and HBO provided. Air conditioning and Nest Thermostats to help you stay cozy.
Conveniently located minutes away from Waterville Valley Resort. Five minutes by car or catch a ride on the Valley shuttle stop, steps from the front door. A short walk to Waterville Valley's Town Square where multiple restaurants and JugTown Country store can meet your dining needs. Waterville Valley's Adventure Center offers access to various seasonal activities such as Cross Country Skiing, Snow Shoeing and Fat Bike. In the summer enjoy Mountain Biking, Frisbee Golf, or Boating on Corcoran's Pond.

Great place for a family

Wonderful home for a family get away. The condo is organized so that mom, dad and kids could stay on one level and grandma and grandpa had a separate level with their own bedroom and bath.

Great location

Property was minutes away from ski mountain, which was very convenient. Overall place was very clean. Host was very responsive and left detailed instructions which made the stay seamless. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Waterville Valley!

Great location and bedroom set up for us

We had 6 adults and 2 kids. The accommodations worked out fine with that size group. It was very nice that the locations is within walking distance to the village.

Comfortable and cool

Beautiful Week in the Mountains!

This condo was perfect for our family’s week vacation in Waterville. Rachel and Jeff were flexible, welcoming and have a fully equipped condo for any of your needs. Each bedroom was spacious and the air conditioners were perfect for cooling us down during our humid week. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Couldn’t have been better!!

Out of all the condos we’ve stayed at in Waterville, this has been the best one yet!! It is very clean, well kept, and only an 8 minute walk to town. Rachel and Jeff made themselves available at all times if we needed to contact them, which is always a relief when staying somewhere new. We look forward to future stays here!!

Waterville Balley

Great condo close to everything. 3 couples traveled for a tennis event. Place was perfect. The host was readily accessible by text and replied within minutes. She was extraordinarily flexible with us as we had a late match and gave us 3 extra hours to check out. Would highly recommend this spot and hope to return again next year.

Great Retreat in Waterville Valley

Well maintained property right in Waterville Valley with great access to the White Mountains National Forest. Comfortable beds with plenty of room for the whole family. Property owners were very responsive and kind. We visited in the summer, and during an unseasonably hot spell. Bedrooms had individual A/C for comfortable sleeping, but the common rooms were quite warm.

In addition to the A/C units in each bedroom we do have another portable A/C unit in the hall closet and two fans to try to cool off the living room. From corresponding with the friendly owners to staying in their lovely condo, my children and I had a wonderful time in Waterville Valley! Rachel and Jeff were stellar communicators and offer an exceptional place that is clean, beautiful and easily liveable with children. I just wrapped up a weekend trip to Waterville do an 8 year old hockey tournament. We opted for the condo as opposed to staying at a hotel. It was the best decision I could have made. I had my family of 4, plus another Dad with his son with us. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The place had the perfect amount of space and amenities for us all. It was spotless when we anrrived. Each family had their own full bath, plus an extra full bath for the 2 boys staying in the bunkbed room. All the beds are good sized, and are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, and having a laundry room was a huge bonus for me. The family room is amazing. It’s the perfect spot to kick back and relax. The huge comfy sectional, the nice high pile rug, the high ceiling with the windows going all the way up, and the fireplace is the icing on the cake! Twice I asked for favors from the hosts and they responded back to me within minutes! They couldn’t have been more accommodating. Needless to say, I would stay there again.

Layout

The two master suite bedrooms with bathroom were good size. Unfortunately the floor AC units were noisy. The bunk bedroom was great for the grandchildren. The kitchen was a good size. The only problem was some of the dishes, glasses and silverware was not 100% clean. The liner in some of the shelves was also tacky. House keeping needs to do a better job there.

We fell in love with the Waterville Valley area and on top of purchasing a home here we decided to celebrate our wedding under Osceola Arbor in August of 2021! While Jeff snowboards and Rachel skis we both love long hikes when the snow is melted and exploring the numerous networks of trails right here in our own backyard. We also enjoy cooking together at home but when we do feel like eating out, Waterville has multiple dining options to share food and drinks with family and friends! We hope that you are able to enjoy your time in the Valley as much as we do!

You will now experience beautiful new floors in the entryway, dining room, living room and kitchen. We've updated our dining furniture and added a giant sectional in the living room to enhance your experience! Within the past year we have updated the living room TV, fridge and dishwasher.
