The listing notes on-site construction, but it should have been clearer about the proximity and potential impact. We’ll update the listing and coordinate with our operations team to improve how we disclose and manage nearby work. Regarding the construction, unfortunately, since these are private apartments, private units are allowed to have contractors from 9-5 pm.
