Was ist besser als direkt am Strand? Unser Platz! Wir sind direkt gegenüber vom Strand, so dass Sie den Komfort des Strands ohne die Preise am Strand erhalten. Sie sind einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand von unserer Wohnung entfernt als in den großen Resorts mit "Strand" -Preisen.

Entspannen Sie sich und spüren Sie den Sand zwischen Ihren Zehen im wunderschönen South Padre Island. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Noch besser ist unser Standort. Wir sind direkt über die Straße vom Strand entfernt, und es gibt einen Zugang zum Strand nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Es ist wie direkt am Strand ohne die Preise! Es gibt keine Hotels um uns herum, daher ist der Strand nicht so überfüllt und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig.

Nach einem langen Tag am Strand können Sie einen Film auf unserem 42-Zoll-HDTV- und Blu-Ray-Player ansehen. Unsere Eigentumswohnungen sind tierfreundlich und kinderfreundlich. Sie eignen sich auch hervorragend für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub. Planen Sie ein Mädchenwochenende oder ein Mädchentreffen? Sie können eine ganze Etage oder das ganze Gebäude vermieten und einen privaten Urlaub verbringen!

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie einige Zeit bei uns in San Andres Condominiums verbringen möchten. Unser Strandhaus ist ein haustierfreundliches Familienferienhaus. Wir geben 10% Rabatt für Militär, Polizei und Feuerwehr. Der Reisende, der die Reservierung absichert, muss mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein. Für Spring Break / Semana Santa müssen alle Mietgäste eine Familienbeschränkung einhalten. Excellent condo! The location of Athena Ares is perfect! The view is amazing, and the pool is spectacular! But what really sells this place are the amenities--all the little extras that make a huge difference when traveling. I was ecstatic that a clothes dryng rack was provided! We have found our home away from home!

Very clean, not really a beach view but definitely short walk to the beach. The only thing I would say that was negative was the 2nd bedroom TV was not user friendly and there was no instructions on how to use and couldn't figure out the remotes.

Great location

The place was very nice and close to everything! The furniture was comfortable and having access to beach chairs and wagon was fantastic! Be sure to bring your own coffee and toiletries though.

Always clean. One minute walk to the beach. Pool area is always clean, good grill, nice large screen outdoor Tv. Have rented here 5 times over last decade, the new owners have upgraded this place.

Fantastic Vacation Condo

This is our second stay and love the condo and location! Very clean, great setup, wonderful furnishings and dog friendly. We love having our pups along on the vacation and the owners are very accomodating. Great pool area, hot tub, and bbq. Easy access to the beach. Booking and instructions are super easy - made for another wonderful vacation to South Padre. Highly recommend this complex.

Perfect location on the Island

We have stayed at this property 5x in 8 years. They have been doing upgrades each year and they are greatly appreciated. Perfect location for beach walks. Wonderful heated pool and large hot tub. Love that it is dog friendly. Ample parking. Nice patios on each unit.

Just right

The process for renting, check in and check out were absolutely fantastic and easy. The location was a three minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood street was very well maintained. The two bedroom condo was also very well maintained and very clean. I will definitely keep this location on my top 5 for staying at the island with pets.

Awesome place to stay!

This condo was fantastic!! I would highly recommend staying here. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and had plenty of room. The condo was super clean, the beds were ultra comfy, and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. But really the best feature was how close it was to the beach. It truly was only a 2 minute walk. Plus, the wagon, chairs, and beach towels that came with the condo made beach life so much easier and more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is great! We can easily head back to the condo for lunch or just to grab more digging stuff. Then it's just a 1-2 minute walk back across the street and we are there, in the water! We also love walking down to the Wanna Wanna Inn for fried shrimp, cold beer, and good music. When our family comes to visit, we stay in all of the condos and spread out. We get to enjoy being close together without listening to each other snore!
