Was ist besser als direkt am Strand? Unser Platz! Wir sind direkt gegenüber vom Strand, so dass Sie den Komfort des Strands ohne die Preise am Strand erhalten. Sie sind einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand von unserer Wohnung entfernt als in den großen Resorts mit "Strand" -Preisen.

Entspannen Sie sich und spüren Sie den Sand zwischen Ihren Zehen im wunderschönen South Padre Island. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Noch besser ist unser Standort. Wir sind direkt über die Straße vom Strand entfernt, und es gibt einen Zugang zum Strand nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Es ist wie direkt am Strand ohne die Preise! Es gibt keine Hotels um uns herum, daher ist der Strand nicht so überfüllt und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig.

Nach einem langen Tag am Strand können Sie einen Film auf unserem 42-Zoll-HDTV- und Blu-Ray-Player ansehen. Unsere Eigentumswohnungen sind tierfreundlich und kinderfreundlich. Sie eignen sich auch hervorragend für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub. Planen Sie ein Mädchenwochenende oder ein Mädchentreffen? Sie können eine ganze Etage oder das ganze Gebäude vermieten und einen privaten Urlaub verbringen!

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie einige Zeit bei uns in San Andres Condominiums verbringen möchten. Unser Strandhaus ist ein haustierfreundliches Familienferienhaus. Wir geben 10% Rabatt für Militär, Polizei und Feuerwehr. Der Reisende, der die Reservierung absichert, muss mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein. Für Spring Break / Semana Santa müssen alle Mietgäste eine Familienbeschränkung einhalten. The whole property was wonderful.From the furnishings inside the condo (beds, couch, outdoor seating) and the chairs around the pool were very comfy and were not worn in/out at all.We had one minor issue with the TV outside (oh the horror.....kidding of course) and it was resolved within an hour.The pool, beach items/equipment were all top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be looking at booking again in the future with other family members it was that nice. Thanks for everything!!!
Pool area - we were spoiled and had it all to ourselves!
Be sure to wake up early one day and take the short walk across the street to see a beautiful sunrise.

This was our second year staying at Athena Ares. Everything was exactly as last year, so we were very happy about that. The property is very clean and well maintained. Management was quick to respond when contacted. We spent lots of time by the pool. There is a new gas grill, which we used frequently. There are several beach accesses right across the street. This condo is in a quiet location. We enjoyed some new dining options on the island. We also found some new local musicians to enjoy! We definitely plan to visit South Padre Island in the future!

Great Time!

The condo was great very spacious and the pool area was awesome. Really close to the beach access and a short walk to wanna wanna which is a plus for us and dedicated parking is a big plus in my book.

Family holiday

We rented 4 units for ourselves and the families of our three daughters. The condos were well equipped and very convenient to the beach. The pool and patio area were great for getting everyone together for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great! We can easily head back to the condo for lunch or just to grab more digging stuff. Then it's just a 1-2 minute walk back across the street and we are there, in the water! We also love walking down to the Wanna Wanna Inn for fried shrimp, cold beer, and good music. When our family comes to visit, we stay in all of the condos and spread out. We get to enjoy being close together without listening to each other snore!
