Das De Luna # 27 ist einfach perfekt für Familien und Bootsfahrer und bietet das ruhige Wasser des Santa Rosa Sounds und den privaten Soundfrontstrand als Kulisse. Die zwei Schlafzimmer / 2. 5-Bad Stadthaus für sechs Personen, mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Master und einem Doppelbett und zwei Etagenbetten im Gästezimmer. Master-Bad hat eine ebenerdige Dusche, Gästebad hat Dusche / Wanne-Kombination. Die Küche ist mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Granit ausgestattet.

Am Ende eines sonnenverwöhnten Tages am Strand gibt es Unterhaltung für jedermann mit Flachbildfernsehern in jedem Zimmer. Der Besitzer hat fürsorglich einen Holzkohlegrill, ein Paddle Board, zwei Huffy-Strandfahrräder (eines für Jungen, eines für Mädchen, Liegestühle, einen Regenschirm und einen Strandkarren) in dem verschlossenen Abstellbereich unten bereitgestellt. Stadthaus hat Parkplatz für zwei Autos, Ende-zu-Ende abgedeckt. Das San De Luna bietet Tennisplätze, einen Pool und einen Grillplatz. Kostenloses W-LAN.

It was a wonderful stay with a priceless view each night for sunset. I loved the space and the open concept kitchen living room area. If I was cooking in the kitchen I was still able to see the bay which made me feel like I was able to be near the water all week. I loved being able to go to the bay or the beach depending on what I wanted to do. It was perfect!!

Best vacation ever!

This place checked all our boxes! Beautiful, clean, pet friendly and the best location. My favorite day was when my daughter and I rode the bikes to town for shopping and snocones. It was her dogs first time to the beach. The water was so clear. Loved it all.

We had an amazing vacation! The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had lots of extras! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, along with bedding, towels, cooking supplies, and fans! The fact you could walk out to the deck and see the bay just a few yards away was so relaxing and beautiful. It was a short walk across the street if we wanted to go to the gulf side! The pool was clean and the family played pickleball on the court outside our place, and used the paddle boards provided! We also enjoyed going to the Blue Wahoos baseball game! Overall, it was amazing and we would absolutely stay there again! 10/10

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The Bay is just steps away right outside your door. We walked along the water frequently collecting shells and watching the jets. The Gulf is a quick walk right across the street on the other side which was so incredibly convenient. If you have littles, there is a small Pirate themed playground just a few minutes walk up the Bay side. There are amazing restaurants on the boardwalk just a short drive up the road. I liked how far away the property was from most of the “activity,” but it was still incredibly convenient. Definitely will consider staying here again.

Great location not very clean

The location was absolutely perfect and the place was decorated beautifully BUT there were dog hairs EVERYWHERE!! Beds, linen, Staircase, bathroom sink, refrigerator and stove covered with animal hair! And the main bedroom and bathroom both smelled like dog urine.

Lovely Getaway!

It was quiet and secluded, yet close to all restaurants and activities we wanted to do. The paddle boards were so fun for my husband and kids! The unit is pet friendly and accommodated our little dog nicely, however it did smell a bit off. Almost like there was a cleaner they used to try to clean up/mask an animal smell that was noticeable every time we came in the unit. Otherwise, the bathrooms and all other spaces were clean and felt very homey! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and furniture were very comfortable! We will definitely be back again!

This was spring break for us and four graduating teens. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Beautiful home and listening was accurately described. Perfect location for us, just before Ft.Pickens so it was in a quiet area. We were only 5 minutes from Pensacola Beach, boardwalk and fun. Loved that we were on the bay and beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street. Doggie beach is right thwre as well as we did bring out family pet. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love San De Luna and have rented from paradise for years now. The units are facing the sound, which we love having the option to swim in right there or go across the street to the gulf. You should be aware that all units are spiral staircases which are not an issue for us but would be for young children or elderly. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation Paradise!
