Newly refurbished home on a triple lot, two blocks from campus.
Hi! We would love to welcome you to this beautiful home. The house is located on a triple lot with a large, flat yard for BBQs, tailgates, and touch-football games. The home was recently completely refurbished and refurnished. There are six bedrooms and three Tempur-Pedic couch beds. Twenty people can hang out and sleep very comfortably.
You will not need a car once you arrive. The home is one block to the restaurants and coffee shops on Eddy Street Commons, two blocks to campus, and two blocks to Trader Joe’s. Walking to the stadium takes less than 10 minutes.
The home has wonderful space for remote work and a large screened-in patio for drinks, chats and jokes in the evenings.
The house was built in 1917 by the Hickey family – who built 43 of the buildings on Notre Dame’s campus. Knute Rockne lived next door and Knute asked the Hickeys to be his sponsors and godparents when he became Catholic.
