Great Kauai Condo

Great location for exploring Mauai. Condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Easy, quick trip to Poipu Beach. Great views from balcony. Easy check-in/checkout. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this condo several times, and love the location and convenience. This time, there were a few families with younger kiddos using the pool, which is visible by all rooms, so if you're wanting a completely quiet getaway, just be mindful. The condo is filled with many knick knacks, so we typically have to move them to a safe place during our stay just to be able to use the countertops in the kitchen and bath. Literally every flat surface is covered in tchotchkes. Decor is "retro" island themed, with a "faux" king bed that is actually two twin beds pushed together with a metal bar in the middle keeping them together. This is super uncomfortable for sleeping, but if you're only here for a few nights, it might be okay. Overall, we like the space. The dishes could be updated (all of the coffee cups and classes are teeny tiny). We did purchase & leave a metal spatula to use at the BBQ. Management is super friendly and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The location is perfect for us since we love to run and surf, but if you have mobility concerns, you may want to find something closer to the beach since this is up on a steep hill (thus the incredible view). Enjoy!

The location is wonderful, close enough to shopping and dining plus Poipu Beach is within walking distance. We have stayed in other units in this same Condo and would not hesitate to do it again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the incredible views from the balcony, but the condo has some issues. The bathroom is outdated and the shower/bathtub combo did not drain well. The carpet was somewhat dirty and stained. Overall we loved the views and were not very happy with the actual space but we mostly stayed outside so it didn't bother us that much.

Great location for Poipu/Brennekes/Shipwreck. Sunsets amazing!

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. I was a bit hesitant to book because there were only 2 reviews before me, but everything was perfect! The place was well stocked, better than is typical with condos managed by a company and not an individual owner. There were plenty of functioning non-stick pans, and all the kitchen utensils and appliances necessary for cooking at home. We used the grill below the parking lot for steaks. In the closet were 4 beach chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear and 2 beach umbrellas. There were salt/pepper/spices in the cupboard. The condo is located on the side of the building that is not just behind the road, so is quite a bit quieter than those in the other wing. In addition, the lanai faces directly toward the sunset and we really enjoyed dinner out there each evening. It is about a 10 minute walk to Brennekes Beach. Overall it was everything we needed for a great vacation!
