Great location with a great view, large lanai, and lots of room. Pool was close but alternate pool and hot tub were a long walk away. Carpet was in bad shape, discolored, and very dirty. Screens in windows and doors were heavily corroded and difficult to open/close.

We were very pleased that the room and location were as advertised. When there was a small problem with a leak in one of the bathrooms the hosting company took care of it very quickly.The only negative is some areas of the apartment can use some serious upgrading. Some of the windows and screens don't work properly or are old and rusty. Some of the curtains have holes or are torn. Just not something i would expect for the price we paid. All in all was still a very pleasant experience.

Great location and very clean

This was a great place for us. Perfect location near beach and things to do in Poipu. Loved the large deck and the ocean views. The place was very large and comfortable and so clean. Would love to come back again!

Leaving this review for those who travel to Poipu often and understand what rentals are like there. Positives: clean, great location, very large accommodations compared to newer buildings, easy to find, easy parking, great access to walking paths. The kitchen was stocked ok, leaving you the ability to cook! They had necessary spices/oil. Knives are not sharp. The shower and sink all worked, though the shower took some time to heat up. The bed was fine, more on the firm side. The management company does a good job of cleaning and providing necessities.FYI
there is no AC. Keeping the doors open and getting a cross breeze provided adequate cooling, if you are ok with the tropical climate. There are no elevators, so you will be walking up/down 3 flights of stairs. This is an older building and hasn’t seen a real update in years, as evidenced by the carpeting, cracking of paint, older decor.Negative: see my FYI’s. To some this maybe a negative. For me, I was just happy to be in Poipu.

Perfect vacation condo

First VRBO experience and it was perfect in all aspects. Very roomy and clean condo in a great location close to Poipu Beach. We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the beautiful weather and views of the ocean. Our host was communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again for a return trip!!

Really nice place and beautiful view of the ocean

We had a very nice time. The place was clean and large enough for 4 adults. The lanai is great. We sat outside for meals and reading and for bird watching. The nice breeze kept us cool at night. The pool was also great! Location is convenient too!

Great Stay

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Easy parking, spacious lanai, large kitchen, and comfortable beds. The unit cools down nicely at night and is also well stocked with beach necessities. We particularly enjoyed the location as it's a short drive to food and the property offers nice walking paths to a beach and neighboring properties. Although the space is perfect for a family of four, my partner and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great condo- easy walk to beaches

We loved our stay in Poipu. View from balcony is just as pictured - wonderful to hear the ocean and view sunrise in the morning. Spacious property for our family of 3. Easy walk to beaches. Communication with property manger very good and they were super helpful. Good base to explore - easy drive to the north to explore beaches there and so much to do in Poipu and close to west coast.

Stay in Poipu in Kauai

Very pleasant place to stay, can see Ocean from the top floor balcony. Not a whole lot of noise to disturb you! The place is very clean, the breeze is wonderful and you can keep the sliding glass doors open at night since you are on the top floor! We very much enjoyed this stay! Such a great condo. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Everything was very clean and cozy. Can’t wait to go back again. Only bummer was the pool wasn’t available because they were working on it. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Still very happy with our overall stay.

Wedding in paradise

Top notch in all parameters. We loved the proximity to Shipwreck beach. The wedding was held at this beautiful venue. The view from the front deck was exactly what I expected. Check in and check out was seamless. Another touch that was exceptional was the sports/rec closet. Available for your use: snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler and tennis rackets/balls. It was a beautiful setup and garners my highest recommendation.

Awesome condo with amazing views

The condo was exactly what we needed. Slept in comfortable beds with the sound of the ocean lulling us asleep. The balcony was so nice to eat breakfast in the mornings at the table and see the beautiful views of the ocean. There was an issue with the family room television and the property management was prompt and took care of the problem. Plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer was so helpful because of sandy clothes from the beach. This was such a fantastic place with beautiful gardens outside and pathways along the beach. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and making our vacation so wonderful!

Poipu paradise

Parrish Collection was extremely easy to work with. The property was excellent and as advertised. Very attentive with quick responses. We had a few minor issues with the room and they were prompt to fix. The room had everything we needed- view of the ocean, close proximity to the pool and close to the beach. Poipu is our favorite area and always enjoy our time here. We do love our AC and unfortunately the rooms do not have any but keep front door and back doors open and the cross breezes work. We were on the 3rd floor so didn’t worry about anyone coming in the back door or windows. I highlighted recommend renting from the Parrish Collection

Exceeded our expectations!

Our experience at Poipu Sands #334 was fantastic! The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of four. We were extremely pleased with how well the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked since we cooked most of our meals at the unit. There were also ample beach accessories, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear and toys to elevate our outdoor time above basic beach towels. We loved the location and the sunrise views every morning! We couldn't have asked for more. I was a little concerned about the lack of AC being on the 3rd floor, but the tradewinds and fans kept us quite comfortable. We loved being the only unit at the top of our stairs; it allowed us to feel comfortable leaving our door open with just the screen most of the time. The grounds were incredibly manicured and our unit extremely clean. As a communications professional, I really appreciated the prompt communication and forethought given to the user experience by the property management. They were textbook! We will definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.
