Das Beach House liegt direkt am Strand, mit einem großen und schönen Vorgarten, der zum Golf von Mexiko führt. Das Haus ist kompakt, aber modernisiert, komfortabel und total charmant.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Sofa und zwei Sessel, einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss und einen Schreibtisch. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit geräumiger Sitzecke mit Blick auf den Strand, eine Kommode, zwei Schränke, zwei Nachttische und ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, eine Kommode, einen Sessel und einen Tisch, einen Schrank und Blick auf den Strand. Das Gästebad verfügt über eine geflieste Badewanne mit Dusche.

What a PERFECT place to decompress!!! Adorable, well fitted out cottage. Plenty of room, great rear deck to watch the sunsets from. Sub Zero fridge, Viking induction range, Weber grill (with plenty of gas). Bring your Firestick or Apple TV box, they easily hook up. ‘Can’t say enough about this excellent property & location. Easy walk to town, your own private access just over the dune to miles of perfect beach line. Sanibel shopping is an easy 15 mins, Mainland about 25 mins. Pro tip: Grocery shop in Fort Myers before driving out & you can live like ‘Robinson Crusoe’ in perfect island idyll.

Get away to Paradise

This house was beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained and the locations was idyllic. First time in Captiva and it was truly beautiful. The house had everything you could need and more, I will recommend it to all my friends. Albert, the property manager, was also very nice and accommodating.

Walk out directly onto the beach from both the living room and master bedroom. The house was super clean and everything was even better than the pictures on the website. If you want to spend a relaxing laid back week on the beach just "chilling out" then don't look any further than this. Its close to the village area on Captiva too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this gorgeous house for one week! Absolutely loved it. It is everything and more you could possibly want in a beach house. The views, sitting in the living room, the bedrooms and the lanai are breathtaking! The entire back yard is perfect. We could not have been happier with it. The house itself is perfect. The kitchen is completely updated with the best appliances and stocked with everything you need. Bathrooms are updated and beautiful. Giant televisions in living room and bedrooms. Honestly, the view of the beach is so wonderful here, it is Captiva Island at it's best. Can't wait to return in '24!!!

Outstanding location

We loved our stay -- the house was nice and clean. It had what it needed. Being on the beach was fantastic -- very nice. From the back sliding patio door (heavy too open for frail people or tiny kids) it was a 100-150 yd walk down to the water. House came with umbrellas and beach chairs which was awesome. Literally the only issue we had was the oven did not shut fully -- the door was constantly a quarter inch or so open, and so the oven light wouldnt turn off, and therefor using it to cook was impossible. additionally the conduction cook top either burned everything in the pans, or cooked extremely slow. This is just a preference thing, but the conduction cook top caused every bit of food we made in the stainless steel pans stick like no other. It took immense scrubbing to get the food removed from the cookware. We cook because we were feeding 3 little hungry kids every morning. We used salty golf cart rental which was awesome!! Make sure if you rent a golf cart and have kids they are in a car seat, or you will get pulled over. we did. the sheriff was thankfully nice, and did not ticket us. But they are serious about traffic rules unlike other islands we've been too such as Anna Maria etc....Captiva is a great place though. Coming back nicely after Ian.

The views from every room of the Gulf are gorgeous at every time of day! The location can not be beat! Hidden from street view by amazing landscapes and beachfront for your private back yard! This two bed two bath is all about comfort. Kitchen is newly renovated and stocked with everything you need! Bedrooms fabulous; bathrooms fabulous......rent this house you will not be disappointed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location and cute cottage and great view. Very nice finishes and kitchen. On the negative side there is a significant lack of important kitchen items such as cutting boards, knives were rusty, and only a keurig for coffee (no coffee pot), no storage dishes, lack of basic kitchen items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc. Otherwise a very nice time.

The only thing I would change would be to add more glasses - there were only two wine glasses - and include some cleaning products. We flew in and buying all the cleaning products - sponges, laundry detergent, items to clean the counters - is expensive for such a short stay. We would definitely stay again.

Breathing beach house on the beach w/ sunset views

Loved it!!!! Right on the beach, private beach access, stunning sunsets, great outdoor furniture!! Close to all restaurants- within walking distance but we rented a golf cart and bikes through YOLO! Wonderfully comfortable sitting furniture indoors- very updated!! Had a washer and dryer which was a huge plus!!!!would absolutely recommend this wonderful, peaceful, relaxing beach home!!!

Beach House - We'll Be Back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach House suited our needs and expectations very well -- as would be clear from our re-booking for the same week next year. The location is a definite high point -- facing the beach, off the main road (thus quiet) and a short walk to the "center" of Captiva.Its lay-out and simple furnishings were comfortable and functional. Herewith small-scale observations, not detracting from our overall up-beat views:A couple of modest amenities would be useful -- luggage racks for packing, and additional towel racks in both bathrooms. Also - understanding (and not disagreeing with) the "bare cupboards" approach, it would still be convenient to provide an adequate week's supply of basic household products -- garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, paper towels and TP -- given the distance and traffic to markets for renters and the difference in economics when management can work in bulk.Last - a usual quibble with a vacation property is the low quality of kitchen knives, which matters to anyone doing any cooking. Surprise - the Beach House set was top quality -- but (!) they have degraded to terrible condition, actually a safety issue, and should be cleaned and sharpened by someone qualified to do so. Thanks and we'll see you in a year!

Perfect House

We had such a great time at this beach property. Steps to the ocean, the house was clean and well appointed. We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the back porch. Proximity to restaurants was great. We would definitely rent this home again.
