Welcome to The Retreats at Stone Fountain. The best place to be in Okoboji; Steps from the Amusement Park, the concert green space and West Lake beach access. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 10 guest comfortably. Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, dining table seating six and provides direct access to your covered deck. The outdoor space is perfect for Saturday night concerts, along with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor chairs and coffee table. The living room offers ample seating with cable and WIFI. Master bedroom presents a queen size bed and on-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Three additional bedrooms on the one-level condo include bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom three with king bed, and bedroom 2 with two twin over twin bunk beds. Second full bathroom off the kitchen offers vanity, hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished. For added convenience a full sized washer and dryer with detergent are provided.

Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Emporium Shopping Center, Orbitz Mini Donuts and Tropical Snow Cones. Start your day off with the Saturday Morning Farmers Market then grab your tickets for all day fun at Arnolds Park Amusement Park, visit the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, a cool drink at Pirate Jacks Bar and a free Saturday Night concert on the green space with fireworks.

There are parking spaces for several vehicles in the complex parking lot.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.

To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
