Oder, wenn Sie ein Familientreffen, Hochzeit oder andere Veranstaltung haben und mehrere Wohnungen benötigen, habe ich auch ein brandneues Vier-Bett-Zimmer, drei Bad Kabine (VRBO Listing # 876711) hier in der Gemeinde! UPDATE - und ich habe eine neue 5-Zimmer-Kabine, die jetzt verfügbar ist (VRBO Listing # 1107344)

Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Luxus-Eigentumswohnung mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, große Terrasse und einen tollen Blick auf den See. Dieses Gebäude ist das neue Design mit nur drei Einheiten pro Seite für mehr Privatsphäre und eine großartige Aussicht.

Alle neuen Möbeln mit King-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer, Queen-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer und zwei sekundäre Sätze von Twin-Size-Etagenbetten im dritten Schlafzimmer (vier Einzelbetten insgesamt in diesem Raum). Diese Wohnung hat auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und bietet Platz für 10 Personen.

Die Küche ist komplett mit allem, was Sie brauchen für Ihren Aufenthalt eingerichtet. Schöne Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Granit. Genießen Sie das Grillen auf der Terrasse mit dem Gasgrill und reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten.

Lots of room and great views!

Great place for a family vacation

We had a short stay with 4 grandkids and one set of their parents….total of 8 people and 3 generations. Great to have a room for the kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to be together and eat meals together. Location was great and we hope to make this an annual event.

Perfect Vacation

My family, with six adults and two toddlers, had a wonderful vacation in this condo. The unit was clean and roomier than it looks online, and the owner was very acoommodating. The grill was not working well and she came and brought us a new grill. She also provided a high chair and Pack n Play. The location is great for kids as we were close to the water park, restaurants, and a short jaunt to Arnolds Park. We will definitely be returning.

Disappointing based upon other condo’s

Cheap furniture, bad beds, poor decorations. Full page email of do not’s was a major turn off. Plastic plates, dish ware and limited pots and pans.Great view, tiny bedrooms and cheap fixtures. I would update and decorate and eliminate the full page email of what not to do.

Craig, I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your trip to Okoboji. Many guests comment on how much they appreciate the detailed instructions provided. HOA rules such as no loud music or parties out on the decks after 10:00 PM are in place to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. It is unfortunate that you and your group were unable to abide by those rules. As far as the furnishings and decor, I try to provide mattresses that will appeal to as many guests as possible so unfortunately the mattresses may have been firmer or softer than your liking. I also provide two full sets of dishware; one set of stoneware (usually Food Network) and then another set of unbreakable/melamine dinnerware for small children or casual dining outside as well as a Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffee pot, toaster, blender, electric griddle, and crockpot in addition to pots and pans and other kitchen serveware. As my goal is to provide a great experience for all of my guests, if you had informed me of these issues during your stay I would have been happy to assist you in securing other accommodations more to your liking.

New Condo at Bridges Bay

When we opened the door we immediately noticed it did not look exactly like the picture,especially the lack of lamps. There was not a single lamp in the whole condo. That was a major problem in the room with no window ! Our second biggest problem was that the oven temperature was way off which made it difficult to cook our Thanksgiving meal. I certainly wish the condo had had fewer problems because the location was perfect and the condo was generally quite comfortable.

Peggy: Thank you for your comments. You are correct in that the furnishings are not exactly as shown in the photos as I purchased new furnishings for the living room and dining room this year and due to an extremely busy rental schedule haven't had a chance to get updated photos posted yet. All of the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room have overhead lighting, but it appears that the reading lamps were not placed in the condo when the new furnishings were installed. I'll get that taken care of right away. I also had a repairman come to look at the oven since it is almost brand new. I've used it myself for baking a number of times and never noticed an issue. He checked the temperature and said that it is accurate and suggested that you may just be used to your home oven which may heat hotter than normal. I do appreciate your comments as they assist me in making my condo more enjoyable for all of my guests. Thank you.

Just Ok

The day of our arrival the pool with the waterside was closed due bacteria count being too high. The area that was open in the water park the water was freezing. The condo had plenty of space and well stocked. Like others have mentioned the oven was extremely slow to preheat.0n our second day the kitchen sink leaked. There was water coming from under the sink on to the floor. What a mess took everything out from under the sink, turn the water off and wipe water up from the floor. Plumber came at 1:00 and replaced faucet. The condo could use some TLC. Several places there was paint chipped on the walls. The carpet is stained and could use a good cleaning. The area back by the grills definitely hadn’t been swept in a while and they were couple of rugs in poor shape just tossed in the corner in that area. The grill could also use a good cleaning.

Family Vacation

Great property - highly recommend! We had a family vacation with 7 kids (7 and under) and 8 adults and everyone had a blast! The properties we rented (2 neighboring condos) were clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Brenda was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Wonderful stay for our girls trip

Lovely condo, looks just like the photos! It's stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and has closets full of linens and pillows. Beautiful view of the lake on the patio and very clean, quiet area. Brenda is a great host and replied to our messages immediately. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again in the future!

Good relaxing getaway

Gramma came to visit from Utah and explored the lakes. I was bribing her to move here and I think it worked! Our little family visit bridges bay once a month at least and now this is our new favorite spot. Brenda was very nice and understanding. We will surely come back and help care for Brenda’s condo! There was no issues with our stay and overall just what we needed.

A Lovely Winter Getaway on the Lake

Very clean and peaceful. We’ll set up for families with children (does have some sharp corners). Everything you need for cooking. Perfectly located for resort access. My grandchildren are 3&4 and they enjoyed it. Some problem with the WiFi and owner was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. Specific to our stay: we were there for Presidents Day Weekend. The waterpark was packed and there was no social distancing so we chose not to spend time there. Even though we spent all of our time in the condo, it never felt crowded with four adults and two small children.

Clean & Comfortable

This is a clean, comfortable, and well maintained condo! Has everything you will need for your stay! The wine themed decor/wine bar area is cute! Brenda is a lovely host and has great communication and instructions. We came with our 3 Teen/tween daughters had plenty of room, enjoyed the deck, The fireplace, and views! We were able to enjoy the indoor water park! Made great memories with our children and had a relaxing stay!

Place was clean and has great view of the lake from a Back porch that is larger than the pictures make it seem. We texted the manager before we arrived and got responses immediately. Great place for a family to stay.
